Ok so these jokers are now basically reopened with a different line of products and hundreds still haven't received orders WTF! I can't believe these guys, and still getting the same paste and copy response from customer servce. And I haven't seen reps on any forum trying to explain this one, should be another load of shit from naps!
@Digical1... You could not have said it better. Not only is Naps scamming people but Ironmagazine continues to sit on their thumbs while it's members get "ripped". As long as the sponsor pays their advertising fee they could give a shit about it's members. This nonsense with Naps's has been going on since Jan. of this year. One sorry excuse after another. Sad part is Ironmagazine continues to protect them for some reason instead of "dumping" them like they should. The same bullshit they did when "Biogen" was a sponsor on their board fucking it's members....Remember them "Ironmag"????? Both have no credibility (Naps & Ironmag).
if you know HeavyIron over on IM (board admin) hes saying if nothing changes with packages by the end of the month, then there will be changes with board sponsors if you know what i mean.
SultaN_No one order from naps new labs until all the people receive their gear. Naps on another board promised they wouldn't re open until everyone was taken care of ... obviously they've been losing money being closed for so long and instead of taking care of our packages they spent their time getting new labs ...again no one buy from naps no one is on other boards we are trying to spread the word.

i have two outstanding orders for over 1k, since June? They refuse to give me tracking #'s on packs which leads me to believe that they never really shipped it. Been in this game a long time and always got a tracking # dont always use it but lets me know gear has been shipped for real. Why cant we get original tracking #s, any input would be great help. Feel scammed and what is going on with GP the products r mia and thats all i ordered.

yea i saw that, did you guys notice how they now apparently are carrying different labs now too? (Gen Shi, Generic Supplements, and HardCoreLabs) Seems a little fishy to me, as in might be done carrying geneza products. So does this mean we can all get reshipments from the new labs??? hah, wonder what william has to say about this one. Anyone hear anything new yet or get anything? They arent responding to me anymore on customer support

AnonI ordered mid June and still nothing. Chalked it up as a loss.
I placed an order on 7/17/11 & received a letter from FedEx that package had been seized by Customs on 8/15/11 I then sent an email to Naps & was told my order would be re-sent to date I've received nothing including emails from Naps. I'm worried.

These are on the way, some have started arriving, we expect the bulk of them to arrive over the course of the next two weeks. New tracking is not available yet to give out, we will reopen once the late orders are delivered.
Closed categories cannot be ordered from right now until all late packs arrive.
