Placed order February 17th (it's now March 21st), half of my order showed up yesterday with most of the items ordered missing. I contacted napsgear and they said that they split my order into three shipments, then later on contradicted themselves and said now there's only two shipments - still wondering where the rest of my order is. And they were very slow on providing tracking numbers,

Its my first time shopping with naps but after doing some research I felt secured and confident that I found a good source. Of course being the first time I was still with negative thoughts at first especially paying for something that your not sure u will get. Im happy I took that risk because with in 3 weeks of my payment being made I received my first two packages. My third package got lost in the mail and I was a bit worried being that it was a $400 order. All the post office had was the shipping slip but no package attached. Not sure if it was the post office at fault or naps. I submited a ticket and two weeks later they approve d my order to be re shipped in which of course I was really excited about. Two days ago they gave me a new order number and yesterday they provided me with the new tracking number. Cant wait to receive the package and will definately continue to do business with naps and refer anyone to naps.

I like the fact that they have a live chat in which you can chat with someone almost 24 hours of the day. (Everytime I logged in and checked live support was online) I had to submit a ticket for one of my orders which got a response the first few days, last rep told me I would be updated in 1 to 2 days and then went a week without anyone updating. IN the end I contacted live support for like the 4th time and was forunate to get a rep named Barry who definately took care of my issue. So even though communication was not real smooth they still got my issue resolved
Packaging for the two orders received were great. Im sure no one would have suspected what was in the package. Great job at keeping the bottles safe for their trip too. Package took about 3 weeks from payment date
Hopefully I didnt screw myself by not completing my cycle but will definately try to get blood work done to see what levels im on.

I really love there live chat and if that dose not work sometimes hit or miss but a pm to them will work and they get back to you asap like me they got back to me in the same day and very easy to talk to and find out where and what is going on with your order.
I got my package in 4 weeks and it was will tight the way they did it so nothing would get hurt so I will like that and everything was perfect.
I would say if you want the best gear you can buy and get the body you want then order from them.
It dose take time tho for your order to move sometimes some times so just wait they say 3 weeks but I live in the U.S.A and it took them 4 weeks to get it to my door and in my hands.
If your order seems to not do anything on the tracking number do not worry lol my did nothing till it got in the usa then I could track it very easy.

Not much to say here as I never contacted them. Regular email updates were nice.
I only ordered two vials and they came well packaged. T/A was (barely) on the 21st business day as Naps promises. Others may have gotten faster, but no complaints here.
I probably won't order from them again, at least not GP TNE!

Packaging is always discreet and as low be as can be. Usually packed so well it will take a good 5 min to even open it. Nothing has been broken or tampered with and everything arrived timely.
for this bulk cycle i got test c, deca, anadrol, dbol i already had pct stuff from previous order as usual my gear came way before they said it would which is always a plus cause im usually sitting at the window everyday waiting for the mail man to come. Everything was gp thats who i always use and like always there gear was out of this world i made great gains my bench was up to 455 thats to my chest with a pause not bouncing i started at 174lbs got really sick after last cycle and lost a lot of weight im up to 210lbs as of this morning which was my goal napsgear does a great job at what they do and i will never use anyone else there fast reliable and if anything ever goes wrong they fix the problem immediately i will be back again for another order real soon!!!!!

fast as always i got my package 13 days before it was supposed to come and im really antsy so thats always great and everything was wrapped good and packed tight so nothing could break or move around packaging is discrete.
I wired $1,000 (US) to napsgear over three weeks ago. I have all of the bank documentation, confirmed it went to right account, etc. Nothing since then. Their customer service department is nonresponsive -- they give me times/dates by which the problem will be resolved, but they don't meet their own guidelines. I've been trying to get this resolved for a week (which should be easy since I sent them the wire transfer documents), but I haven't heard anything yet. FRUSTRATING.
I wish I could order some products...I'm three weeks in and only have a debit in my checking account to show for it.

+ 2This review is for 3 different types of HGH I've purchased through Naps over the past 6-8 months. I will order the information in the same order I got the products. It goes as this...3 kits of blue tops, 1 geno pen 36iu(I had nords on hand I continuted to run after this to experience the pharma side of HGH), and Hygetropin.cn to follow.
3 kits of the Blue Tops HGH, which were ordered at different times due to me being broke at the time and not ever having run any gh. 2 months later I received some pharma GH, but the only product I got from NAPS was a 36iu Geno Pen. Then I ordered 3 kits hygetropin.cn which I had some trouble with shipping for some reason I didn't understand. They were coming from China, and having trouble getting to the US. So I waited patiently until NAPS let me know they were available to be shipped from EU. They came smooth as butter after that. I was very pleased in the way that I was treated, NAPS kept his word and made good on my Hyges.
My PMs are always answered when I contact NAPS, I give them some time due to the high volume of PMs they receive on an every day basis. Sometimes when ordering from the large international services we as users of the community have to be understanding. However, I am always replied to and treated very well.
I've placed a few orders through naps in my time, they are one of the few sources who have been on the site since I joined years ago. One thing I've noticed through these orders is that orders containing products like oils, orals, ancillaries...are shipped out within a few days, however the package itself in transit is more than the HGH. The HGH packages take a little longer to be shipped out, and I believe this is due being stored at a different location but when I do get notice it seems the package comes a lot sooner than the others. Anywhere from 7-12 business days, usually earlier in the time scale but I believe one got held up due to the cold weather.
Through this whole experience I have learned the more money you have to spend, the better quality of GH you get. Obviously ordering the cheaper stuff, you take a bigger risk in good quality. I think all the products I tested were as described, no fakes. However if you can afford pharma it makes your heart rest a bit easier, lets you use less of a dose, and you experience far less side effects. I got these different types to test the products for the community and myself. If I had the cash I would go all pharma but my current situation doesn't allow for that. I know I should have gotten serum tests for exact proof but I didn't do that unfortunately. From all the information I gathered pharma is the way to go but I would say that was already obvious. In my personal opinion I feel as if it's safe to order any types of the GH NAPS carries. The overall experienced was A+ through and through. More to come, as I don't plan to be done to stop the GH anytime soon. Hope this helps anyone interested in ordering.

It's now been over a month and it hasn't arrived, when I track the package it says it's still in origin country (Moldova) for the past month. Contacted support and they told me my country is a high risk country (it isn't listed on the website as one), and to keep waiting for up to 6 weeks. Disappointed so far.

I have found out that the best way to contact naps is through pm here on eroids. Communication through the site can be hit and miss. They usually respond within 48 hours here, which is fine for such a big operation.
Packaging tight and secure. Usually about 3 weeks international.
This is my first time running primo and I came away with mixed feelings on the whole thing, mostly due to it being so expensive I guess. It is a great drug with no sides at all... I really felt great the entire cycle besides some heartburn from the anavar but other than that I felt just really healthy and revitalized I guess you would call it. The gains are there but there won't be anything dramatic, just a slow steady progression as long as you stay on target. It is quality muscle and not watery bloated dbol muscle so overall I'd say it was a success.
I started using gear in august. I had been lifting 5 days a week for 4 years. I am now 28 I started my first cycle in august and finished my second in feb.

Overall NapsGear seems to be a legit source. They always email back in a timely manner. And conduct themselves in a very professional way. They have a huge variety of different supplies. I wish I would have had a better experience but the two orders I placed. I just wasn't too satisfied. I've just had a lot better service from other sources. I'd be happy to shop with them again once my order is fixed. I'm sure it was a simple mistake somewhere along this process. I will not be ordering from Naps Gear again until this is fixed. My tracking number was incorrect at first. Then last minute they sent me another one. The new one said it was already at my post office. I checked there 4 times over a weeks time frame. I even spoke to there manager to find out if it could have been lost somewhere. It wasn't. My buddy also had the same issue with the tracking number here recently so it seems to be trending. I wouldn't say they are a bad source at all, I'm not getting at that at all. Just they need to be better at fixing mistakes.

Communication is very good. They always reply to emails although I feel like they don't put too much time to each email. 80% of the email is generic info that goes in all of them. Then they may give you a few words about the issue.
My first package I received on the dot on the 30 day mark. Second package I never received.
This was my 4th time ordering from NAPS. I always go back and recommend them to other friends. Ordered my goods and received everything within about 2 weeks time. Everything was in great shape, nothing broken, well wrapped.
I ran Hardcore Labs T500 at 1.25cc per week for 12 weeks. I loaded with 50mg of GP dbol for 30 days. I experience some very strong gains. By end of cycle I was up 16lbs. For me this was mostly solid muscle. I lost about 5lbs. post cycle. While I liked this product a lot I think my body experiences the best results from a sustanon test stack. I would still recommend this product to anyone thinking about running it. ITs a good product and I believe it is true to claims.
