Never had to worry one bit. Any time i would send an email. I would get a reply within the same day. The site was super easy to navigate. And once ordered. All i had to do was sit back and wait! Took about 3 weeks.
When the package showed up at my door. I had no clue that it was the gear. Packaging was so compact and secure and tight. That not a thing would Have a chance to move around or break. Took me about 10 minutes to open it. Talk about discrete!!

When I make a ticket, all I seem to get is" Wait Longer, Bye". Very frustrated with my recent transactions with naps. I have been using these guys for around 5-7 years and the customer support and shipping has really went downhill. I hate even leaving this review, but i'm doing it in hopes they will see it and make some needed changes...
Also I have another order from china for Sust- Dragon Pharma. Its been about 2 weeks since shipped and tracking number is still no showing valid ?? Not too worried about that though, I don't mind waiting months for steroids, the problem is with HGH, and how fast it will degrade out of proper temperature...

Bad. Ive been waiting close to a month for an HGH shipment and its not even close to being fulfilled. By the time it reaches me all I'm going to have is a bunch of vials of inactive, former rHgh lypo powder...Ive emailed support 3 times and all i get is " your hgh will be fine we ship it from a high altitude" or " just wait longer"
What does shipping from a high altitude have to do with the degradation of hgh over transit on a boat and it the heat all day ?????
BAD !! Its stated on their site transit is between 10-12 days. Today is day 21 !! since it has shipped and day 27 since I have ordered... Like ive stated before, if it was anything else, orals, oils, amps, whatever I would not care but this is hgh and it cannot sustain at regular temperature !!
The previous orders have been good. however they came in about 7 days. Idk whats up this time... Naps and the shipper of HGH need to come to terms and go with a quicker shipping service. I mean I had to pay a whopping $50.00 SHIPPING FEE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD !! to get snail mail from china, that is a ridiculous fee. I get at least 10-30 packages of different things from china a month and the postage costs me anywhere from $5.00-$30 and the $30 is a huge box with about 30 lbs of protein in it... But don't get me wrong, if my stuff comes in on time I don't mind paying the $50, but I expect in within the stated transit time..
I think naps needs to send me a reship and use some expedited form of shipping. Hell, ill even pay for shipping to send the degraded ones back, if they ever do reach me...

-1This is the most trusted and legit site ever! All there Anabolic steroids and HGH are 101% real. I placed previous multiple orders from there other site (genezameds.com) and I know it runs by the same company.
Do not place your orders from Muscledevelop.co (there HGH are fake. I wasted 1k and they will not issue a refund or want to take the fake HGH back) they keep saying it is real. Comparison to napsgear's HGH Hygetropin it is 100% real and Muscledevelop.co's Hygetropin is fake.
I will never ever make the same mistake again buying from other websites such as Muscledevelop.co because there HGH are fake. On the other hand, I know when I place my orders from napsgear, I know I am getting 100% real HGH, IGF, and Anabolic steroids. Biggest mistake for ordering from other sites.
I will be placing my orders from them again very soon, so I gotta start saving up.
