Within a week of my email informing them that I thought BD.EU EQ was poor, IR team alerted BD.EU and offered me a good discount on next order. What else could it have done for me? I trust this source and appreciate its responsiveness and fantastic customer service. Other sources have been poor in communication and slow to deliver (if at all). IR is one of the best for customer service. I recommend them.
