+ 1I ordered on 23rd. Never received package. Reached out via email, I was told they weren't responsible for lost orders. Today, my order was deleted from their site. I'm out of my money. For future customers, be wary of this guy. my order was domestic.

+ 2My friend and I have placed several orders with them, nearly everytime everything and on occasions small extras arrived too.
There was an occasion we places an order, it never showed and there was no customs seizure letter...but you could see in tracking the shipment stayed in one place. I sent then a very polite email...they reshipped the products with no questions asked.
Another time we ordered and the us warehouse was out, middle of a cycle and a few weeks had passed without us being able to order product and guess what
THE INTERNATIONAL STORE SENT US $600 OF FREE GEAR FOR OUR TROUBLE...again a few polite emails and they just sent it...NO CHARGE (WHO ELSE DOES THAT?)
Understand all of these suppliers have a very tough business model, they are constantly trying to stay ahead of customs...remember that when you write to them!

I SEND TWO EMAILS ABOUT 8 Hours apart and always receive a response.
They send an email when order placed, after you pay it takes up to a day to confirm then they ship. I had one time it took 2 days to confirm. I always order from China and I’ve gotten delivery 15-28 days...it is 1,000% dependent on the post office (who are totally incompetent)
LMAO...the “Discrete Packaging” is nothing short of brilliant...YOU will even think you got the wrong stuff till look closer
The normal packaging sealed customarily and has lot numbers hidden you can scratch off coating and check product autheticity. HGH packaging-Sexy!!
To sum up BasicStero.WS (Not to be confused with the “Pharmacomstore” on here

Be kind to them, if something beyond their control goes wrong they jump through hoops to make it right

It was sent on 17th and since 29th of January the tracking number didn´t update. The last update was: Warehouse Awaiting pick-up.

I have ordered from basicstero 3 times now, I have always ordered from U.S domestic because of reading posts and just being nervous to order international plus the fact that I receive my packages very fast is why I just stick with the domestic house but I will not shop anywhere els, I just received my 3rd package it was sust 300 and bold 300 with some oral d bol and have now been running it for a week first time taking the d bol from here and excited to see some gains but I previously ran the winstrol and it was fantastic but went for more of a bulking this go around I’ve had both the bold and sust 1.5 years ago a full 10 or 12 weeks and had to order it again this time absolutely love this place. I did refer 2 other people who placed orders and received them but I never received the referral credit so I’m curious what happened with that but other than that it’s a hassle free top quality and best experience you are going to find and that’s why I will continue with basicstero for life

I had ZERO pip witch just down right blew me away. My first time when I was younger I remember not being able to sit down or even walk I had the worst pain, the person I got it from prolly mixed it up in his garage or something I did get huge of it but my point is having no pip shows the quality of the products I started at 145lbs before basicstero and I now stay around 195lbs I’m very happy I found them

+ 1A long time customer have been ordering product for a while now. In the beginning it was great, never had a problem with getting respond back if there was a problem. However, recently ordered 3 bottles of test E. Got the email with the tracking number like always but once the product got stuck in customs for over 30 plus days I emailed with all the proper information and never got an answer. I waited and email 3 more times and yet still no responds. My product has been stuck in customs since Nov 11, it is now Jan 20 and still no responds I even DM him on here.
3 Test E but also Tren, Test Prop in the pass
In the beginning it was good not now.
Never had problem with packaging
Not sure what is going on but all sudden there is no commmunication

+ 1Ordered twice. The first time it was testosterone enanthate. Ampules. Did a ten week cycle and gained 20 pounds. This was my first cycle. This site was recommended from a guy at my gym.
First order was testosterone enanthate ampules. Four boxes because my brother did his cycle with me. My second order was dbol. Deca 300mg. Four bottles of testosterone enanthate. Exemastane and clomid.
Well I was skeptical so I messaged them when my money order was sent and was replied to within 12 hours. Recieved my package in 21 days. This was before I learned how to use bitcoin. They have sales if you use bitcoin.
I chose discreet shipping. I don’t want to say how because then it wouldn’t be discreet anymore but it is very discreet.

This time I decided to go with the Domestic warhorse, due to the fact that I only got partial order from international warehouse and it only took about 3 days once shipped to make it to me, which is a huge plus compared to taking weeks to make it into Customs let alone make it to your mailbox or door step when using international. I had no problems during my order so I didn’t have to reach out for support. Basicstero did an excellent job keeping me updated on the status of my order from the time it was placed until it was recieved so communication was solid.
From placing my order to delivery took 5 days from the warehouse I chose to order from. The packaging was professional and extremely low key. All items in the package were secure.
The whole experience with basicstero is comparable to any purchase made from amazon.com. The whole experience was fast and easy.

I made my order in August last year. my order was 2 testosterone and HGH. total with ship and tax was $575.
after 3(!) month I got just my two testosterones ( in broken package, actually)
they told me like "ur order is sized and bla bla bla" they was dont give a shit about my opinion dont send to me again package and return part of my money for HGH. I was ok if they not include shipping transactions just for the product, but, like I said before, they was don`t gave a fukk about that and with no respond (like all the time) on my email and send me package second time. after 4 month and few my not responding email they r send to me "We are sorry about it, but conditions are equal for all. No more reships".
and now I can officially say " BASICSTERO is STOLEN MY MONEY!" they r owe me like $400!
my opinion if u r DON`T care about u time and money u can work with this c*ckuckers, if u r care -
