Never had a bad experience, there has been a few times where my orders were seized and after providing proper documentation the orders were resent just a few short days later. Customer service is outstanding, quality of the product is top of line. I use strictly only Geneza orals and consistency is perfect.

-1I have been a loyal Napsgear customer for years. Never had an issue and I swear by there Geneza brand products. This was a small order I was grabbing some gp Dianabol 10 pack and some clomid to complete a previous order. They provided me with real time updates of when money was picked up, order was shipped and provided me with detailed tracking info. The dbol is rock solid and gave me almost immediate gains and the clomid has also always been top notch. Best there is, best there will be and the only source I trust.

-1Its been a while since writting a review for any scources basically because all I have been using is NAPS since I found them, they have a huge selection and there gear is on point, Obviouslym if you choose a lower grade gear yo may and I say may get a lower grade but even at times of using a more generic based gear I was stil very impressed with the order. When I find a need to change scources ill be sure to let the peple know as for now The last 10+ orders have been all positive, It doesnt get much more simple than naps Gear and Im a beloved customer! NAPSGEAR 100%

Napsgear is a very honest company with a great variety of products,quality and very good prices. The few problems that I have had as an example of confiscation by customs or receiving the wrong products have been resolved by napgear in my favor all the time.
Bm pharma, Eminence labs, maxtreme, Shree Venkatesh, Indian Pharmacy, Vermodje, Magnum pharma, Pharmacon Labs.
All my questions are answered in less than 24 hours including questions not related to any order.
Normally all my orders are received before the predicted time, package are wrapped safe and discrete.
napsgear is my favorite supplier, it is reliable, easy to buy, with many product options and quality of service. I recommend it 100%.

-2Let me just say if you have any doubts about naps..dont! Theyre are amazing. Ive been using them over 15 years easy. They are my go to source. Very reliable and trust worthy. They have great incentives and a great selection and price list. Id say one thing you need to have is patience. Patience is key. Naps will come through but sometime things happen out of their control but I can assure you they will fix it and than some. They really do good business and I am a very very loyal customer to Naps. I send tons of friends there and they always come through for everyone. Very reliable. Give them a try. Start out small and see how it goes. Youll be glad you did. Most reliable source online.

SUPERIOR customer service. If I've e-mailed, I have never waited longer than 24 hours for a response. Most recently, though, I've always been able to immediately chat with someone who could help me out right then and there.
I got Singapore products in less than 10 days after my order was placed.
The second package, coming from the EU, was seized in customs. I waited until it had not moved out of customs for 14 days before contacting Naps. I was able to provide a second address, and they got the replacement order out to me ASAP. It arrived within 21 days of me contacting them.

+ 1Don’t trust naps after a few orders they’ll screw you over I was making orders every 2 to 3 weeks everything was fine. 1 order they shipped to a totally different state and the other got seized. They reahipped to the same address and hasn’t made it to the stares n has been 20+ days. They keep saying to just wait. So far I’m out of 2k from naps. Selective scammers!

Used naps a bunch of times all orders are over 1k. This past order they shipped half of it to a totally different state. Emailed them n they reshipped the whole order. Cool alright. Now it’s been 20 days and still have nothing the longest Its taken is 18 days from ordering to receiving..the reship hasn’t even made it to the states yet I ordered my. Only had small issues until this. Hope naps makes this right

+ 2I have ordered from NAPSGEAR multiple times now. I can say that I have been extremely impressed! I will never use another company besides NAPS. I would say that the people that have issues with them either do not read the FAQ or are unaware of the company policies. I have had no issues with the company and they have always returned any of my emails within 24 hours.

I had a small issue with my payment and they were very accommodating. The amount was slightly lower than the amount due, but they waived the small amount and sent my order straight away.
The packaging is always discrete. I have never had any issues with it. My order was quite large and still had no issues.
I have ordered other products from other companies and I can honestly say I will never go with any company but NAPS. They have always been great and the shipping times have been well within the window they have. Some products have been at my door in just over a week but the average time to the states is about three weeks.
I CAN NOT RECOMMEND NAPS ENOUGH! I WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING AGAIN.

-1This is my first post and its about napsgear. There was a lot of mixed reviews on them but decided to give them a try. I have tried a couple other places but i have to say naps is one of my favorites now. I have placed 4 orders with them so far and plan on many more to come. Been using steriods on and off for the past 12 years but got serious about 3 yrs ago and plan on doing a show this oct. Im 35 yrs old 6 foot and 245lbs around 12% bf. Eating 7 to 8 meals a day. Ive used about 5 different brands but their pharmacom products are def gtg and plan on getting more.

This was my first order from Naps. After using a few other sources over the years with nothing above average products I decided to try Naps after hearing nothing by good. Everything was perfect from the price all the way to the actual product. I couldn't be happier with the top notch service and quality of the products. Some may disagree with my protocol on small doses. In the past with other sources this was more difficult due to quality. This time with the Dragon products I was able to stick to a low dose of test and provirion only and get great results.

So I'm doing another review on my experience with NAPS. I've been working with Naps for almost 10 years. I got my first stack with them and ever since I've been a long-term customer. The company is great to do business with and they stand behind their products. I've had one situation with delivery, but Naps was true to its promise and took care of me. I keep returning back to Naps, even though I could get supplied locally because their product quality is TOP notch.with competitive pricing. The ordering is very easy and straightforward. Naps take care of their returning costumers by offering special deals for their return. business. Needless to say this is also another reason why I keep coming back. Their services are very hard to beat. My last order was the largest order up to date. I had a few doubts about the shipping, but Naps got me my order without one single problem. The only issue I have it the time it takes for delivery.This, of course, will very depending on where you're located, but I wish they offered expedited shipping. This is usually not a problem because I place my orders with plenty of time, but it would be nice if they offered quicker shipping for situations that require a shorter turn around time. Overall though, I am very pleased with Naps and their products. I've tried just a few different suppliers, but they do not stack up with Naps. I will continue to do business with Naps as long as they're around.
