Follow up to previous review...
I contacted cust service about my findings of for every 10ml the product was short 1ml.
I was responded back with" You lose product from injection, Thats common knowledge!"
1st off I have never in many years ever lost a whole ml per every 10ml. And the way it was handled on their end really turned me off. I wish I wouldnt have made a couple thousand $ order again if this was how they treat their customers with issues.
I bought 80 ml of test e to only get 71ml!

I have purchased gear from NAPSGEAR 6 times over the past year, with only one problem with my first order over a year ago when NAPS was experiencing some shipping difficulties and it took several months to receive my order.
In my experience, all the GENEZA GP gear; orals, oils, and PCT that I received was quality gear at great prices. The service is great, with fast delivery (2 wks or less), and prompt responses to questions or concerns via email.

I have been ordering from naps for four years now. Everything that I have ordered has given me the results I wanted with the combination of proper diet and exercise. I have ordered everything from clen, tren A, E, sus, 191aa, etc... Everything is quality, I have tried other companies prior with mixed results but Naps has stayed on top. Shipping has been as short at 13 days and sometimes up to 30 which doesnt bother me when I know im getting what I paid for.

I was hesitant to order from here because of the shipping issues they were facing before. After hearing that shipping times were improved, i decided to take the plunge and make a decent size order. I ordered some gp test prop, test e, tbol, anavar, dbol and some genshi test prop and enanthate.

Payment was made and my order was shipped within a few days. My order was split up into two packs. I received the genshi in about 2 weeks time. Packaging was discreet and well done. Now, the second pack took about a month and a half. Most of the time was spent stuck at customs. Anyways i received everything that i had ordered and both packs were packed very well.

The gp seems to be good to go so far but cant say anything about the genshi.as i havent tried it yet.
Overall i had a good experience with naps the reps answered my questions fast. I would definitely order from naps again even though the wait can be a little long.

My recent order has been very difficult from a service standpoint and having order procesed ...I have requested info numerous times on how to get issues resolved but noone will give me an answer or the answer has been seemingly a lie ...I have contacted online chat support a min of 10 times only getting through 3-4 times I have filled out trouble tickets with no response and to this point not even an acknowledgement of my issues...I am becoming very unhappy and frustrated with th level of service provided ...this is my 3rd order and the first 2 were very fast and I was pleased with service ...if they can't figure out how to fix this soon I will be sending my business elsewhere

I have had a great experience with naps so I decided to order again before I realized an issue. My previous order I ordered 8 bottles of test e (quality direct)and anadrol 50, anava & deca (which was short 1/2 mil) which comes in 5ml bottles. I have noticed that every bottle is a 1/2 cc short. I emptied all in a larger vial and just as I thought they were all short. not just an isolated occurance. Good product quality just shorted amounts. Thats 8ml Im out...

I ordered tren e, test c, dbol and some tamo.it all arrived on time 30 days like they said.the products where legit.i am very pleased.i am looking forward to buying from them again.

I ordered quality direct on my whole order but received all in generic labs and one gp. A little bit of an upgrade. I was really excited to actually receive my stuff. I was very nervous but it came through in the end. Hope they keep up the good orders.

@pharaoh, I don't understand, if we gave you a tracking for it, then how did you not have one to give the post office? That's the tracking, there isn't another one. If it shows in your state, then you know it's real. If they lost it and can't find it, then we can fix that and send another one. I would say PM me, but this place has the wonderful feature of not allowing us to PM each other, which is great for trying to help customers. Also, I hope you come back and see this, since I can't respond directly to your post STILL. So, do this, create a ticket on the website and make the subject "Assign to James" and in it say that you are from eroids and a brief description of the issue, and from that I'll look at the ticket history for you and we'll take care of whatever the issue is.

Ordered Prop, Dbol, aromasin, and clomid from naps.

Order payment was picked up next day and shipped the day after that.

Order was packed very nicely and discreetly. All gear was intact and it was apparent that it was handled with care.

Gear was Gen-shi brand and was great quality gear.

I got great results from the cycle and would definitely do business with NAPS again.

ive ordered from naps throughout the years at least 5 or 6 times all orders up until recently have come through no problem. Last time i ran gp Test E 500mg a week with nolva as a pct. I can confirm that the GP test e GP arimidex and GP nolvadex are all good to go. I reordered this time around all the same stuff with gp Test P and gp DBol. I've been only running the new gear for three weeks now and it seems to be working i'm definitely getting swollen and growing. Not as profound as last time but i dont know if that is the gear or my body getting used to the compounds? I'm running Test e 250 twice a week. Test p 100 eod. Dbol 30mg day.

Also i didnt recieve one of my packages. I emailed them about the missing package and they emailed me a tracking that shows the package made it to my state but never made it to me. I went to the post office and they had no idea where the package was without a tracking number. i emailed naps back for a tracking number and they sent the same information. I emailed naps back and pointed out to them that it was the same information and they were very aggressive and rude. I'd like my other package but i figured if their customer service was going to be like that to someone whos easily spent over a thousand dollars with them in the last two years than its not worth it. My next order is going through another vendor. Too bad if they'd just been polite i would have been ok with cutting my losses.

I have dealt with Naps for some time and they only have quality products and there delivery time has greatly improved in the last few months. Naps has never not come through with the product as ordered.

Lets start out by saying there's lots of gear sites out there. But wit actually being able to use a trust worthy one that delivers on their promise NAPS is the way to go. Recently place an order with them, within 3 days my package was already shipped. Tracking time was better than alot of other sellers. I think i got in 9 business days.
Naps only sells quality gear, bought some genshi test and tren and it is very high quality. Would Highly recommend NAPS over any of the other guys. Reputation goes along way in this business and Naps lives up to theirs.

And can someone please delete that we aren't taking orders? Not sure why that's there

update on my order. been on GP proviron for 6 days now at 50mgs every 12 hours. def a good company compared to ghen-shi winnie tabs i did review on a couple weeks ago. waiting on all other GP products . will review when recieved and test levels checked.

Payment collection might take a couple days longer than usual right now, apparently there are some people out there who enjoy reporting our collectors and causing problems, but we are dealing with it. Also, can someone make it so that I don't have to fill out this thing at the bottom every time I post.

Have used naps in the past, placed an order three days ago money has yet to be picked up. I notice on here it says no further orders, but that message is absent on the website. Have used them atleast ten times and besides the somtimes slow shipping solid gear for the most part. Tryed there customer support hoping they will respond on here to the shipping issue

I've been off and on with this source for two years and decided to give them another try. Placed order on 4/26/12 and received on 5/14/12. Packaging was clean and well put together, communications has improved, and I believe Naps is truly working towards rebuild their credibility. With the variety that Naps provides and the improved service, I will surely give them another try.

I ordered from naps back in feb and recieved very quickly... I loved the turn around despite the recent issues I had read about. I am now awaiting approval on my 2nd order which is taking much longer to get approved.. Summer must be a busy time.. lol... Great company with a great selection...

Have been using GP Test Enanth & GP Deca, despite the mixed reviews. Have to say the Geneza is OK but not great. On the other hand, the Generic Supplements Test E was definately stronger. Waiting on an order of GS super-tren as we speak. Placed order on 4/25 & still waiting, which is to be expected due to the SLOW rate at which the customs works in the US. Overall, a quality source with an excellent price range. However, the Balkan clen seems to be extremely underdosed, if not completely fake.

Pretty bold claim wedrifid. I guess we've stayed in business for over 8 years by not sending orders.... I guess all these other people who are reporting receiving their orders are doing so because we don't send packages... I guess we do 7 figures a year in sales from repeat customers because we don't send packages. I tell you what, I'll make you a public offer. PM me your order number, let's see if the facts support your claims, I gurantee you that I can provide proof that it was sent. I'll make the results public. You have 3 days. I made an order back in March for a stockpile of ancillaries and unfortunately I have to report that nothing was ever sent. No package, not even a note from customs.

I will proceed to order again from a more reputable supplier from higher up in the eroids.com rankings.

I ordered 3 times from napsgear, I always receive the packages. Moreover the products are not up to my expectations. Indeed the GP products is bad. Just oil in vials and non-existent active products.
I receive clomid and letrozole with expiration date exceeded ans when I wrote to the team support they became agressive.
