+ 1this review will reflect first promo products I've received, and used with my last cycle. I was mid way thru a 20wk test, eq cycle when I switched over to these products.

at the 9 to 10 week mark I dropped another labs test, and aro for Genza products. my test levels stayed elevated, my libido hadn't dropped, and my sense of well being felt a little more increased, along with a short burst of acne on my chest. I can only attribute to my test levels increasing by switching over to this lab. using the aro my estrogen levels stayed within optimal range. this is my usual lab and product for such purposes and have yet to be disappointed. last 6 weeks I added the t-bol as a finisher and being this isn't a normal compound I would use at the tail end of a cycle. I was pleased that I did, it produced that little extra push to keep the lean weight gains coming along with a decent increase in strength. I had up to this point never tried to bench press more than 365lbs for reps about 3 to 4 wks into this oral I was able to put up 405 for 4 slow controlled full reps, with my spotter helping me get to a full 6.
couldn't have asked for better with the communication regarding this order. given this was a gratis promo all communication came via website after initial selection. my account updated every aspect of this order in timely fashion from processing. to paid, to shipped, with a active tracking number. no need for customer support concerning this order.

To say the least I am very pleased with GP Sust over the years, it's easily my preferred test. Proviron, well I like Masteron too, so adding Proviron was a no brainer. The Oral Tren, well I'd never taken Tren before in any form. BOOM! each week I've had great gains in not only strength, but stamina. To up 10 lds a week on my bench and still kick out 20 - 30 reps each time... yeah, I'm happy with that.

+ 1I sent the money by western union to china but napsgear staff told me that they have problems to pick up the money, I did the process, i sent them the mtcn number and i did all correctly but they didnt pick up the money. I have had to go to my bank and try to reclaim the money. I lost 20 euros of commission.

I have never experienced the kind of service that naps provides. Out of three orders I have placed everything has gone well. I only had one incident and Naps swiftly corrected the problem.

This order was initially seized by customs into US but immediately reshipped free of cost, so I'm super happy about that, they were great about it basically no questions asked. Years(4+) ago simply it sucked...lol Since starting starting to use them again in the past few years things seem to have gotten back to good. Usually receive within 5-14 days. No complaints from overseas!
I feel since using them as my first source ever they have come a long way in customer service and t/a department and I'm glad I gave them another chance to find out they are back on their game!

+ 1it is the time to write about my experience with these guys. i placed my order back on march the 24th and it was a test order of one pack of BLUE TOPS to see how they are doing. i placed my payment the next day and it was processed on the 27th and the product was labeled as shipped very smooth so far. then i waited for a week with no Tracking Number. so i concerted support. they assured me its shipped and they are waiting on TN. Then on april the 15th i contacted NAPS on here. he apologized that order is stuck in china customs and that its already returned and that he will ask them to send a new one ASAP. i understand things happen. on the 28th a new TN was on the website with the same thing taking so long in customs until the 1st on may! i contact support and they seemed not aware that the first shipment was returned bc he kept talking about it and to give it some time even thought it showed its delivered back in china. keep telling him that it was returned and that their is another shipment. but he kept saying system shows its in transits even thought the tracking show returned delivery. we had an argument and he got rude with me!. so i contacted naps here again. he was so nice again and said he will talk with them and see whats going on. on may 9th. support contacted me. a different guy this time; he apologized for the other guys rudeness. and he told me that they just approved to send me two packs a Blue tops as what i ordered and on top a gift of Yellow tops Hygetropin. WOOW that is so nice of them no one would ever do that. just for a rude support and because of all the delay my order faced which is clearly out of their control, they sent me a pack that is two time the price of my order and my order on top of it. on the 11th both products are in NYC and two days later i received them both. along ride but NAPS knows how to take care of their customers. even if the issue is out of their reach they will go up and beyond to make you happy with their treatment. " google it if you don't know it" so i used to be half dead after workout and in sever pain that used to take two days of breaks to prevent health crisis and going to the hospital. BUT NOT ANY MORE NOW IM BACK IN THE GYM THE NEXT DAY. Even my hemoglobin levels are getting higher they used to be in the range of 7 and 8 now they are in 10 and 11. my doctor is so happy and surprised it never happened for my whole life never had hemoglobin of 11 . i don't know if i should tell him or keep it to my self. i don't know if its related or not but i started to happen when i started the blue tops.

Ta was about 14 days from overseas. Packaging was pristine and this being my first order ever from an overseas supplier I was astounded how they bypassed customs without so much as a second look.
