I've ordered three times from NAPs without any problems. This most recent time has been a different story. It took about a week for them to send the first 2/3 packages, which is fine. However, the var, the most expensive piece of my cycle, is still pending after nearly two weeks. I asked what was going on and they were unable to provide any information; just assured me that the package would be processed within a few days. A few days passed and now the live chat representatives are completely ignoring me. Right now I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt, but that confidence is fading.
Just an update here: the third package was held up as the var was being re-stocked. The problem was handled rather quickly when it came to the attention of the correct personnel. The package was then immediately shipped and has already landed in the states. Now the problem is the second package; the eq, which appears to be stuck in customs. Obviously that has nothing to do with naps. I'd like to recant the above admonition... patience isn't my strong-suit. Naps is a very solid company. I've placed three orders now resulting in eight different shipments; and this has been lone hiccup. That's to be expected. In general the customer service, speed of delivery and product quality are far above average.
UPDATE: Everything arrived today. No gripes here. I'll be continuing to use Naps for the foreseeable future.

I ordered again on Napsgear website, to make my PTC. I applied the coupon code, everything went well , payment easy and order arrived very fast (10 days!). Naps just totally fucked me! Hate to say it, but truth is truth. What was once my trusted supplier is now on the shit list. Tried to take advantage of their summer sale, made a purchase , sent my payment Western Union as usual. Days upon days upon days and my order still stays "payment pending" . After a weeks time with nothing changing contacted Naps and was told that this nothing new and should be expected. When quite frankly, of course it wasn't or else I would not have contacted Naps. 2 weeks later and nothing changes to my order as still "payment pending". I contact Naps again and was told Billing would contact me within 24 hours after they look into the problem. 24 hours and more passes with no response from Naps. So I now send two more emails to Naps, one to customer service and one to billing. I get a response from Naps stating "order cancelled" and "please resend payment". Are you fucking shitting me order cancelled? How? Why? Send two more emails one to billing one to customer service asking what happened to my order and asking for some sort of explanation. Get a response that simple states, please resend funds and nothing more. Are you fucking serious? Really? REALLY NAPS, no explanation, no apology, no nothing. Just a vague response asking me to go out of my way and resend a payment that mind you was 100% legit when it was sent, to the correct person , the correct country, and the correct currency as was directed my Naps. So now after almost a month I am completely shit out of luck. I had ordered mostly prescription medicine and anti-biotics due to Naps sale on such items. This is medicine I really needed and was depending on Naps to deliver. The sheer lack of any sort of explanation, apology, and complete lack of customer regard from Naps is truly outrageous and disgusting. While my previous orders from Naps had gone fairly smoothly this experience has been a sheer nightmare. Buyer Beware. I just hope my experience will help others when choosing their online pharmacy.

Used geneza products for my bulk phase and they did not disappoint put on a good 5-6lbs of lean mass not including bloat. There was no pip on these injectable products from what I can remember and would recommend anyone to order from this source. The orals as well are a1 and work great. No hassle no worry experience.

+ 1After ordering oils from naps exclusively for 2 years I've yet to be disappointed.
I'm on my 5th order with naps since late 2013
I almost exclusively purchase Gen-Shi TESTO-E 1250 Almost 50 vials all together.
5 orders in and replies to tickets usually happen fairly quickly, while Naps' support aren't the friendliest sounding people in the way that they write, so far they've handled any issues very well.
The biggest issue I ever had was an order of Gen-shi test e where (on 3-4 of 12 vials) rubber stoppers seemed to be dissolving in the oil. Never inject oil with foreign floating objects if that's not obvious. I took pictures for proof and submitted a ticket to Nap's, a week or two later we were squared away and my replacement vials were on the way. Thanks for stepping up to the plate.
Very discrete, I've had a 20 vial order and you would have no idea seeing the package.
Hope to see Nap's around for a long time.
NAPS coming through!!! This was my first cycle after months of research and after long deliberation I decided to choose NAPS. I am glad I did, staring with the beginners mass stack and basic PCT. Ordered dbol, and test cyp for first cycle. The process was smooth and the gear is very potent as i needed liver support for the dbol. After i ordered i received a tracking number within 3 days. After that it took about a week to receive in the mail, i was extremely suprised at how fast it came in the mail. The gains off this cycly was incredible. I gained a solid 15lbs of mass about 20-25lbs overall (including water weight from dbol). I ran a pct including nolvadex and clomid and came off perfectly fine it was a very smooth transition although i do miss being on gear. Naps is excellent, i had been a little paranoid because it was my first time ordering so i contacted them everyday after i made my western union payment. This was the first order I placed with NAPS. I was hesitant and have stuck with domestic suppliers in the past. The one thing that made me decide to give them a try was that there is no order minimum. I thought I'd start with a small order and figured if I lost $100, not the end of the world. I have had my gear from the 'guy at the gym' for years and years. Couldn't complain - his stuff was good, but selection of products was (very) limited.
I decided to look around and what a relief it was to see Napsgear's tremendous assortment.
Of course I did what everyone does and check out whether the site was 'legit' etc.
Well, to all of you who have any doubts about ordering gear over the internet: with NAPSGEAR you are safe!
The prices range from low to high, depending on quality and quantity of course, but, being on an ultra low budget, I decided to place my first order:

I live in Brazil and this is considered a high-risk country in terms of customs seizure. Naps was honest enough to tell me that they couldn't give me a warranty. Nevertheless, I decided to place the order. Within two weeks the status of the order was changed to 'shipped'. Unfortunately, overhere everything takes ages to arrive (this country is 43 times bigger than the UK & Ireland combined!), and it did, but I can not hold NAPS responsible for that.
What matters is that the gear arrived, not in the least because it was very discreetly packaged and the items tightly pressed together in bubble wrap, so no rattling that could give away what it was.
What's more, despite having ordered the cheaper gear, I have gained 6 kilos, mostly on shoulders, chest and arms and I am very happy. I am going to place my second order with the special offer within days.
In short: NAPSGEAR is top notch and Customer Services are very professional. Their products get shipped quickly and are of high quality. I would recommend NAPSGEAR to anyone!!

Had orders arrive in 10 days and then during the February fiasco with all the snow and ice storms, I was in the same boat as everyone else, with one package arriving in one month. I never needed to use any of the communication and support features, as everything was very well straight forward and quite frankly the best website source I've ever used. I have heard nothind but great things about their communication through email, live chat(on their website), and here on eroids. They did email me every step of my order and kept me informed. My orders usually get here within 2 weeks. They are simply uncontested in this category as far as sources go.
t normally takes exactly 12 days from the time they received my money, to the day it arrived on my doorstep. When the package arrived, there was simply no way possible of knowing what was inside. They truly know how to get this stuff past customs. Then when I opened the package, I am still shocked by the amount of care and time that must have went into packaging my stuff. I ordered 72 x Primobolan Depot Monday 18 May, 2015 ( Total: $1033 ). Received 1/3 Wed 6/3/2015 7:53 am . Received 2/3 Sat 6/6/2015 9:06. Last of 1/3 shipments shipment seized by u.s. customs. Had some good communication with the staff going but then they stopped returning my emails. I guess $1033 doesn't deserve a complete order?.

This review is for GP test prop, GP tren ace, and GP winstrol.
The prop is so insanely smooth. Very solid product and I couldn't be more impressed with it. The prop I've been used to getting before I found Naps has always been been thick and had a ton of PIP. I have been pinning GP's prop through a 25g needle and it pushes through with ease.
The tren was INSANE. SO. FUCKING. INSANE. Like... I punched a hole in my door insane. The tren cough was brutal at times, but that further proved that this product was legit. Just like the prop, it was easy to pin and the PIP wasn't bad at all.
The winstrol was great, too. This was my first experience with a pill version of winstrol. I've been used to an alcohol based suspension. I'm sticking with GP's winstrol from here on out though. It hardened me up perfectly. Strength and libido through the roof... even with the tren. Loved it.

Amazing. On a side note, I had an order of HGH that was caught in customs. It weirded me the hell out because that had never happened to me before.
