The product quality from NapsGear was solid. The Test E 300 arrived well packaged and looked clean and professionally labeled. Everything felt legit and well made, and I had no concerns with the product itself. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and the experience.
Customer service at NapsGear was pretty solid. Communication was clear, responses were quick, and any questions I had were handled without issues. Overall, smooth and professional experience.

I I have been using napsgear for over 10 years! They are an amazing company and products are always top notch! I have blood work ran every ten weeks and their products do their intended job. My strength has gone through the roof and I’ve added quality muscle! I gained about 20 lbs. I have used most of their products to include: test, primo, tren, winny, deca, npp, Anadrol, and dbol. Of course I didn’t use them all at the same time but they all did their intended purpose and I plan on using napsgear only from here on out. The products especially the test and tren make me extremely horny. Watch out tho the te tren will make you aggressive! My appetite was crazy with Deca, so these are things to be aware of. They’re always fair and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Don’t be afraid to order here because all products are top tier
Everything has been working as expected. On my second week of Deus Medical Anadrol @ 75 mg/day divided into three doses and already up 5 pounds. Massive glycogen retention and arms, shoulders, and traps are noticeably fuller. Noticeable strength increase as well. Nolvadex has been working great, 40mg/day and no issues with gyno at 1,000mg test I'm currently running. Primo has kept my E2 in check, so no need for AI. Very happy with my results thus far, and all products purchased from Naps have been on point.
Top-notch, 10/10 for support and customer service. I really haven't encountered any issues, as everything from the ordering process to their updates through the entire delivery cycle have kept me informed and ensured a seamless experience from start to finish. On the rare occasion I've had a question or concern, they've always responded promptly and resolved my issue.
Turnaround exactly as advertised. All my domestic orders arrive within 1 week and my international orders have never taken more than 4 weeks to arrive. No issues whatsoever with customs or unforeseen delays. Items have always been discretely packaged and in perfect condition upon arrival. The peace of mind I get ordering from Naps is why I will continue using them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great source.

-1Another order from Naps. This was an international order for Aromasin from Geneza Pharmaceuticals and Glycomet 500 aka metformin. Using Aromasin ensured that my E2 was under control and that I eliminate the possibility of a rebound and Glycomet was for insulin sensitivity. Great and authentic products as expected.
Naps' product quality is second to none. Both products are working as they should be
Did not have to deal with them because the delivery logistics put in place is that great

-1As usual, Naps' services is just outstanding. This purchase included Testosterone, Primobolan, Anadrol and Winstrol. Happy I was a able to find Primo depot since the shortage. I used Anadrol in the last couple of weeks leading up to the end of my bulk and noticed that all plateaus were crushed. Definitely felt stronger and looked a lot bigger. I used Primo at the beginning of my cut to help out in the fat loss process, and since its mildly anabolic it helps in maintaining and my muscles. I am 3 months into the cut and I used Winstrol to give me that dry grainy and vascular look. Overall, I am happy with choices I picked for this purchase. Naps is definitely the place to go for authentic gear

-1As always, it was everything these guys said it would be… They make Bitcoin purchases so easy I can’t imagine going somewhere else… I’ve been loyal to Napsgear for 9 months and this is my 5th order… I wish I would have known sooner… But it’s a breeze dealing with them and the products are amazing… Love these people

-24 years ago I ending u needing a new supplier. I was referred to Napsgear and never looked back. I have had 0 issues in 4 years. Shipping turn around is usually less than a week. I really cant say enough positive things about Naps. If you need a source you can trust this is really the only option A+, 5 Stars!

My experience with Naps has been mixed.
I placed an order with Naps in December 2025.
Part of the order came in under a week - great job.
The other part of my order has NOT been delivered.
I placed a trouble ticket with Naps in January 2026.
Naps responded with, "wait until 6 February 2026".
Weeks went by and nothing.
A new trouble ticket was placed with Naps this week - still no response.
Now Naps is refusing to respond to emails and requests for status.
From a casual observer's standpoint it looks like Naps is going to rip me off.
Proceed with caution with this vendor.

Initially Naps responded to customer requests - now nothing.
Part of the order was delivered in under a week.
The other part of the order (the Cut Mix) has not been delivered.
Customer paid for US Domestic and selected US Domestic for shipping.
Very frustrating.
Poor customer communication.
Promises and no delivery.

initially ran the Prop as 4 week kicker. Sub q these days, no issues with pip. Was so pleased with effects, it's now part of my trt and remains a staple. So versatile I've always felt Prop in general is massively under utilised. Especially if your like me and try and avoid harsher orals.
Comms are always on point. Naps is never offline don't think they even bother with sleep lol.
Can't fault customer service either, they regularly take time to guide the usuals repetitive nature of newbie questions and complaints.

I bought this brand from NapsGear with a bit of hesitation. All the brands I usually use were out of stock due to the shortage, and I needed to restock.
I’ve already written a couple of reviews here, and as always, I have no complaints about Naps. I’ve placed around 40 orders since 2023. Once, USPS lost a package and they replaced it quickly; another time, some pills arrived damaged and they refunded me, etc.
The point is that on the very few occasions I’ve had any issue, their customer service has resolved it fast and without any drama. On top of that, everything I buy here I do with my eyes closed, because I’ve never had anything negative to say.
As I said, I felt a bit of concern about this brand (Maxtreme Pharma) because I read many mixed reviews. In the end, my conclusion was that those who had negative experiences likely bought counterfeit products from questionable sources.
Why do I say this? Because I believe, without fear of being wrong, that along with Geneza, DP, and Pharmaqo, this has been the best testosterone I’ve ever used. It even has less PIP than DP, very smooth oil, and an almost immediate positive impact on libido and overall well-being.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the order took longer than usual to arrive.

Well, this was the part I didn’t like very much: it took longer than usual. However, everything arrived well packaged and intact, which is what really matters.
The product has a basically pharmaceutical-style presentation, which tells me that if they pay that much attention to details, it’s because they’re aiming to sell a quality product.

-2Well guys, I want to say it’s been a terrible experience for me and if you order from this place be CAREFUL. They took my money 3 weeks ago. Screwed up my order, gave me store credit instead of a refund and told me I will get my items on the new order.
Funny, they want me to create a whole new order, pay the shipping fee just to get what I already ordered and paid for but never received. They are scamming people so beware.
I’ve already lost business now losing time. I have all the receipts to prove the shady stuff they doing and this is supposed to be a reliable source?? I disagree. Nobody from NapsGear had contacted me to square me away. Just the run around. Look forward to these similar issues.
