Again I want to thank the NAPS site for having one of the easiest process in shopping from all the sites I have used in the past. Next for the vast amount of products available at various price ranges, dosages and quantities. Money picked up almost a month ago and no good tracking number they said India postal service was on strike but I looked it up and that was 3 years ago!They gave me false ship date and blamed it on the pharmacy.Im not sure what's up but I've spent a lot of money with them and I don't expect deception and dishonesty just the truth and my order!Up until this order they have always been golden.

There has never been a need to contact them. Automatic email updates keep you informed during the entire process.
The packaging was tight and secure. Even with 500+ tabs you could shake them and hear nothing. Nothing broken. Shipped in a bunch of smaller packages to get through cousins easier I assume.
With the great prices and constant deals I don't think I'll ever switch sources until I have to.
I placed my order on Aug 11th and money was collected 2 day later. the package was shipped on the 15th. its been well over the stated time of delivery and i have yet to receive the products i ordered. I have been in contact with the customer support team to resolve the issue but still am not sure if i will receive my order. I understand that packages may be "lost" in the mail and the risk of ordering overseas but i need Naps to clarify what they are doing to get me my products as soon as possible. i would really like not to wait another month to start my routine. Please get hold of me and lets get this whole mess figured out.

I've also ordered some Generic Labs gear for a friend and it came in 2 weeks also. Every time I received my order in 2 weeks pretty much exact and they sent me follow up emails threw every step of the way! So glad I came across this source I went threw many many bad and fakes ones and lost lots of money looking for good quality gear from people back home. Id recommend this site/Source to anyone who is looking for good gear. Not to mention the prices are unbeatable I use to pay double what I pay now trying to find good stuff and it was always bunk. Just placed my second order still a little skeptical but had no reason to doubt naps since the first time went smooth. I was gonna get some stuff to get ready for my cutting phase. Naps has the best selection with the biggest names by far. So I put my order in I think it took about 2-3 to process my order and then it's shipped. From the time they shipped it it took a little over a week to arrive. My package arrived within 2 weeks of the time I ordered it. It was packaged in a safe discreet well protected package. I had to sign for it but I would rather sign for it then someone else get my stuff. Everything was there I have heard that they split it up sometimes but mine was all there. I have got 4 packs from Naps and 3 of them were Geneza products which I received in 14 days or less. This last Pack got her in 7 days. Packaging is very dsicreet. I dont know how some packs get seized unless you are ordering a massive amount. the dbol got here in two weeks.

Naps has done it again! My boys and I keep ordering from Naps because they are by far the most reliable and trustworthy source on the net. I continue to use them and honestly believe they should be number one on the list. I liked Naps more than others primarily because of the VAST range of products they have. This is the only source I have seen that has every kind of product you could want from plenty of different labs. I usually do geneza but have decided to branch out to the other labs available and they all seem just as effective. Geneza is the go to of course, but QD labs has also seemed potent according to blood tests. My experience with Naps is always great, and I would recommend this to anyone.

The communication is pretty good, and I am happy with their customer service. They respond fairly quickly as long as the ticket system is running smoothly. I have had several times where the tickets took a couple weeks to get back to me, but in that time the package arrived anyways. They also have a live chat feature, and although their english is a little broken they respond swiftly and professionally and answer all my questions. I am the kind of person that asks as many questions as possible and sometimes get annoying, they handled my demands very well and gave no grief.
Package took about 2 weeks to arrive after money was picked up, but this is expected with international shipping anyways. Domestic may be faster, but at least this source comes through every time. I've had packages in the past show up same week, and maybe only one time it took a month. I have never lost a package from naps, and have never had anything seized. Packaging was discreet nothing was broken.
BOTTOM LINE IS: use naps. It's affordable, it's reliable, it's professional, and it's easy to use. I can't see myself ever going through another source.

Ordering was easy enough, only had to make contact once as one of my packages had a tracking number sent to me but was not showing up on any tracking system so contacted them and got a reply within 24hours so all was good.
Packages arrived within 2 weeks and simple plain packaging, no problems at all, no broken vials and looked good to go.
Quality of the productsi cant complain at all and the Shree Venkatesh Teston 250 can be checked on there site for verification and the serial numbers were good to go. Highly recommend Napsgear for serice and delivery and will be ordering from them for my next cycle which will be a bit less basic but simple is best for me at my age. No hesitation recommending them.
Have ordered from Naps a few times before when they had a domestic Canadian line, 1st order was great, 2nd order seemed under dosed. Decided to try ordering some GP which of course ships from over seas, and it never made it to me. Ordered a few months ago, package was never received, emailed naps about it and got the standard "we do not re-ship to Canada" reply. Not much I can do I guess but stick to domestic sources, which sucks because I liked the variety naps offered.
Would not recommend ordering from Naps if you live in Canada, packages either arent disguised well enough to get through customs, or customs is on the lookout for the shipping points from where the come. Either way if they dont make it to you, you're SOL with Naps no reship policy.

Clearly not the greatest since it likely was seized upon entering the country, or it just never made it here at all. Would not recommend ordering if you live in Canada.
Was looking forward to trying the GP line, but from now on will stick to domestic sources.

+ 1My cycle was Dragon Sustanon 350 at 700mg pw, GP Deca 250 at 500mg pw GP OXY (Oxymetholone) 50mg daily for 6 week, and GP Proviron 25mg daily. Amazing results very clean smooth transition, My strength started increasing at week two and kept accelerating threw cycle, muscles recovered . This is my 4-5 order from NAPS all the products were first quality. My body got shredded by the fourth week and love the results, thank You NAPS!
