+ 3This was my second order from naps(earlier this year),and another good experience in my opinion,placed a couple orders after this one as well.
Fairly easy to use site,painless ordering process and navigation.
This was for an order I placed to run a fourth cycle,and had good success.
I saw a lot of good reviews on the GP products and wanted to give them a try,ordered some UGL before,through a few different places. Ran a couple test only cycles and got decent results but it always seemed below what I was expecting.This is why I wanted to switch over to a more known company and I'm glad I did. I had great results from this cycle and will be back for more.

Straight-forward,received e-mail confirmations for payment and shipping confirmations. Didn't use live support this time but I have in the past and it is easy to use. Had a question once before with a different order about payment,and it was helpful,got it situated.
Overall,I was happy with support they offered.
Turn around and delivery was good,did not need to contact them or ask for order updates.
Everything was delivered in pretty good time,was packaged neatly and pretty secure for the most part.
So all in all,I got my products safe and that is all I wanted.
Great experience with everything I ran,and the orders I placed,will be back for more. Was a simple process and would like to run a similar cycle again sometime.
I always received my packages from naps.
This time my package was blocked at customs.
I think they declare the content of the package as "medicine" and return to sender by customs.
I have asked support. Is it possible to resend?
They quickly wrote me "Sorry no reship higher risk countries" but my country is not there.
I am disappointed.

Any questions I had were all answered quickly if not definitely within the 24 hours. This time around the payment process took a little bit longer than usual but still very smooth.

Naps gear comes through again. I am just reordering the yellow top hgh. Bought some kits a couple months ago and they were top notch. Numbness in hands and feet when resting, pain in wrist, and I managed to keep every bit of gains from my last cycle. Even when eating not so good sometimes, belly fat is completely controlled by 4 iu a day.I bought some riptripin from my friend but it doesn't compare to the generic quality of naps gear. + 1First, I want to say that I used Naps exclusively for the past two years. Every product I used was great until recently. I used test cyp 250 like I always do and it was same brand. Then I did an injection and noticed it was a little sore. These things happen every once in a while, so I didn't think anything about it. Same thing happened with my 2nd and 3rd injection and by the time I did my 4th injection, I was really worried. First injection site had a baseball size lump, was red and hot to the touch. Then the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th all did the same thing. I finally went to a doctor. Contacted Naps and they just repeatedly told me it was PIP and then just stopped responding at all. Used a different source and brand with no problems. I will also say that I am currently using Tren and Test P from Naps with no issues. My main point is to simply warn people because there is no way this was isolated to me and if the know there is an issue, they need to address it and not endanger anyone else.

Very arrogant and condescending when they would reply at all. This is the problem with ordering from a private seller. They have no one to answer to and no one is making sure they stand behind what they sell.
Ok well this was going to be a bad review. I've been very frustrated with my recent order, its been over a week since they collected my money with NO update. To me I felt like this was unlike naps and very aggravating. I was getting no where with the emails and was about at my wits end when I decided to do the live chat. I explained everything and expressed my great frustration and waited for dodging and run around "it takes 2-4 business days" etc, actually I'm pleased to say the customer service was the very opposite. They looked into everything and talked through it all with me and come to find out they are running slightly behind due to a holiday overseas. I get that makes me much less frustrated with the delay. So I have to say even though the shipping is going slow, the customer service was outstanding and extremely helpful. Kuddos.

Really none needed. I send a wire transfer to get the discount and they apply funds to my wallet very quickly and give me the bonus cash. I screwed up one transfer and they responded very quickly to help me fix it, but it turned out to be my fault. In my experience they really are just as good as Amazon.com with customer service.
All orders showed up perfectly and discreetly. HGH is sent separately from the rest of the stuff, and my second order of that did need a reship, but they did that and it arrived no problem. Even when ordering 30 vials, the package came looking like generic documents. Very well packaged with no missing items or broken bottles/packaging.
Bottom line is that I have no reason not to trust this source. My next payment is pending right now, and that will be a total of $6500 that I've sent these guys in the past 18 months or so. That's a lot of trust to place in an international website dealing with UGL type stuff, so that should tell you all you need to know. I've never considered another source for anything (other than some peptides and research chems that I can get domestically) because everything has been GTG, I haven't experienced anything at all negative, and have only gotten everything that I've paid for. Customer for life.

This Is my second online order, I was skeptical and scared of receiving bunk gear; did blood work and it was legit.
