+ 1Having the same issue as the previous comment. Ordered back on Jan. 28th and so far nothing. Keep getting the run around on their responses to my questions. Apparently they keep copying and pasting the same answer regarding some intranet tracking and for me to wait. I have ordered from them before and this is unheard of. Also, my package was split into two shipments. I got the first one but never did the last one, there is no tracking info showing up for it either. Just beware that these guys are going south for whatever reason lately...

+ 1Well after a month and a week since my order shipped. I get a seizure letter in the mail from US customs. Naps makes me write on it my order number and tracking number then send them a photo of it. Then they say they have to send a reship "Request" to upper management. To wait for a response then closed my ticket. I've been waiting since Jan 30th. Things are getting ridiculous. Before I had the proof from customs I was accused of fraudulently trying to get a reship both on here and in private tickets. Also was told that USPS does something THEY call "INTRANET" tracking not (internet). They do not do this here in my state. I would know better than them, since I live here and they are in a very foreign country to mine and cannot even go by to see for themselves. They reject all my online chats I try to open, and yes the site say's they are online.

I have ordered from naps about 9 different times. Yes it may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, sometimes maybe even 8 weeks, but the product always arrives and is great gear. I have had orders never show up and eventually I PM naps on here, and told them about it, and they re-shipped it. I received the re-shipped package about a week and a half later and then about a week later I got the original one too. I have had a bottle break a few times and took and picture of it and was re-shipped immediately. For a person to spend anywhere from $200 - $1,000 per order, the fact naps will back your order no matter what, helps put me at ease.

I don't like the automated communication system they have but anytime I have an issue or a question I can contact them on here and they respond within hours.
Somehow they are able to fit 10 different test bottles and a small box and really have no issues with broken items (for the most part) or suspicious exterior.
Great place to order from they have great gear and communication. You can feel safe ordering from them, because you know your order will get to you one way or another.
I have placed 3 orders in the last few months. Never an issue. They have everything I need and the prices are right!

Naps gear is the real deal. These guys are all around a great source for all your needs. Not only are the products high quality and sure to deliver the results you desire, but their customer service in on point. I have purchased from the company three times over the past 6 months. I have used their GP products like: Test E, Tbol, Winnie, Test Prop, and Clomid.
As far as the products are concerned they have delivered serious results when accompanied with the right level of work and diet. I have been able to pack on roughly 20lbs. of lean mass over the last 6 months utilizing a blast/cruise method of cycle implementation. Running these various compounds at normal dosage for 16-20 weeks (Test) 6-8 weeks in cycle (winnie/tbol use). When the cycle is complete I use my PCT and then hit a very low dosage of Test and maintain that for roughly 8-12 weeks followed by another blast. These products are the reason for my great results. The quality of these products are unmatched. Guys around the gyms in the area talk about their gear and I see the piss poor results and terrible quality from local UGLs or even domestic UGLs. They complain about ridiculous prices for this shit stuff. On top of this, the quality of their service is unmatched by even legitimate companies across any industry.
I have ordered three times with naps. Always delivered in discreet unrecognizable packaging. There is also tracking information that you are provided. During the Holiday season I had an order go missing during transit. I let Naps know of the issue and they worked with me. I simply got a letter of nondelivery from my local post office, scanned it in, and they sent me out a replacement shipment at no cost. These guys are no hassle and real professionals. They want to take care of their customers and make sure they are getting the best quality service and product. I have received all my orders within 10-14 days of payment and always been happy with the result. What is even better is that if you use a second mailing address on the re-deliver they will honor a third reship if you do not receive the promised product.
I will continue to be a loyal customer to naps for their service and commitment to quality products. They have great programs to ensure they help deliver the best deal to their customers. If you are not a naps customer yet. I suggest you stop working with shit labs and start getting your stuff from naps.

this has been my fifth or sixth order from naps. I have never had a problem. all of my orders come complete and within an exceptionable amount of time. I feel that they have high quality gear. no fear in pinning their products . very legit. also the web site is easy to use and the descriptions are very clear and helpful in describing what each product does and how to use it.

+ 1I've ordered from naps quite a few times now, mostly just test, orals, anti-e's, and things I need for my pct . I started looking into the generic hgh they have. I decided to make a purchase a few months ago. I went with the bluetops. I know they carry quality gear so I decided o try their hgh. I just about finished with my 4th kit. And I have to say I'm definitely impressed.

Great as usual, emailed me every step of the way. Shipped out within a few days. My package arrived very quickly, just about 8 days if I remember correctly. Which is fast compared to the usual 2-4 weeks. Only thing I didnt like was I couldn't get track this package. But its happened before, and its not naps fault. They dont control that. It came so fast it didn't matter.
Packaging was secure as usual. Sealed good and tight. As soon as I mixed my first vial I could tell they were packaged right, so I knew I had myself good HGH. And 4 months later, my results confirm it is. My skin is healthy, my sleeping is better, my gains are even better.
Ive been using naps for almost a year now, and so far every order has gone smooth. Before I discovered that naps I was stuck with local ugl, which is garbage can in my area. Thanks to naps I have access to quality gear at an affordable price.

+ 1I will be honest. I have only been using "gear" for about six months. Naps is the 2nd source I have ordered from. I have placed five orders with naps and they all landed with no issues other than a slight postal delay with the last order. The first thing I noticed was the great prices and how easy it was to use their website. But as the old saying goes, you get what u pay for. Not that the gear was bad but the better products were the ones that costs more. At least for me anyways.

Packaging normally good but when confiscated all we got were labels in a dirty envelope covered in stamps.
Naps gear has been my go to source for about four years, I have never had a problem once ordering from them. Since I've been using their products I lost a lot of weight and gained unbelievable amounts of lean mass.

Admittedly, I was a little worried about communication since this was my first experience ordering gear. But, the staff at Naps is, and was, on top of keeping in touch. Even with seemingly elementary questions. I emailed them regarding the possibility of my first order being seized, because i was anxious and it seemed to be taking too long, but after a conversation with a rep via emailed they were able to check the status and even provide me with a deifferent, more detailed, method of tracking for peace of mind. On my second ordered i received a broken vial of Deca 300 so I emailed them, provided pictures, and they immediately sent a replacement so that was very much appreciated.
Packaging is always up to par with Naps. My first order of over 50 ampules and 4 vials came in with absolutely no broken pieces. My second order did leave me with one broken vial, out of 5, but they were very quick to replace it. As far as being discreet goes they've definitely got that covered too. No flashy stickers or revealing writing on the outside. All in all i'm beyond pleased with their packaging.
Nothing but grace for these guys. From support to results, they've been nothing but good experiences.

-1I have been ordering through Naps for a long time ... a couple of years I guess. Everything always comes as expected, and their notification system is great. I've yet to have a glitch of any kind, but I am pretty good at reading and following directions.

This review is long overdue fofor the clen that I ordered . The Clen was originally intended to be used during a prep but I wanted to test the waters with it before . 40mcg of this stuff had me burning that extra bit of fat and giving me the shakes . excellent product , got all the normal side effects such as shakes and tingles. Fat burning sped up and lost weight dramatically with my cardio
I recommend during 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with a pyramid up and down to taper off the clen !
