The product presentation was nice, the clarity and viscosity, combined with the metalic/cold taste or sensation I got in the back of my throat after pinning reminded me a LOT, of the watson cyp I got years ago.

Communication was fantastic. I received updates each step of the way...Order Received => Processing => Shipped. I had one item that appears to have been withheld by customs. I waited 35 days, contacted Naps customer support & their service & responsiveness exceeded my expectations.
The T/A was all in line with what they stipulate (2-3 weeks). Packaging was discreet.

Over 30 days went by with nothing recieved.
I finally recieved an email stating my order was seized. They offered free resip.I thought better late than never. I recieved my shipment today.
Instead of 5 bottles of Dragon Pharma EQ 300, I recieved Dragon Pharma Deca 300. Don't get me wrong. Deca is a great product, but I need the EQ to conclude the cycle I have already started. So that upset me. Then, after taking a closer look at the bottles.. I realized that underneath the Deca labels, were Enantat 250. All 5 bottles are actually bottles of Test E 250, with Deca 300 labels carefully put over the original labels. Has anyone else experienced this type of sneaky behavior with napsgear? I am very hesitant to make any other purchases until this has been resolved. Someone please give me some insight..? Thanks in advance.

Communication has been very good in the past. Satisfied with the reasonable response time to all my emails I have sent previously.
Packaging was small, nice, and discreet.
This is the first negative experience I have had with napsgear. They have always been very punctual, accurate, reasonable, and helpful in the past. I would hope they continue with the same reputation that I have viewed them to have, along with several others that I know that deal with them.
I ordered some products a few weeks ago paid for it with their payment options. Looked at the status of the order and it said it been cancelled and I have to pay for it again? I called the payment company and they said the money has been picked up a few days ago.... Bunch of scammers napsgear!! I been a good customer for many years and they do this? Email and messaged napsgear and got no reply back. Will never be buying from them again, do not trust them bunch of scammers this company.

Not much comunication needed so any comunication that was needed was direct and to the point. I was never left wondering when package would arive, so solid as usual.
Package arrived extemely fast and discrete. Product arrived intact and nothing broken.
Naps is a top source for a reason. Top quailty comunication, shipping and quality of products. If you haven't had the chance to run any of naps products I highly recomend as you wont be dissapointed.

-2Naps does it again! Another order placed and another order received! So excited to begin my new gear. Took about a month to get the gear which is a week longer then it usually takes but I'm not complaining!

I have used naps many times over the years, and i have never been disappointed with them ever. every order ha always arrived earlier then the time i was told,never longer than 2-3 weeks with no issues at all. all the products i have used from them have always been g2g. i would and have recommended them to anyone who has considered using a online source. i will continue to order from them and have no reasons to try any other supplier because i have always been satisfied with naps,especially the Geneza products.

Communication is always first class. Emails come with every step of your order. If there is any issues they have live support which is fantastic. If you have more questions they will research it and get back to you by the next day in my case.
I can't say enough about these guys. If you're like me and had to deal with other suppliers who take weeks, if not months to get you your order, or who get your order wrong and won't correct it, then Naps is like finding the gold at the end of the rainbow.. then end up being the jacked as hell leprechaun who gets to spend it.

Communication was top notch and in a time where I desperately needed it to be. Packaging is always top notch and t/a is always well with in allotted time frame
NapsGear has been my go to source for a couple years now. I have and do still use other sources but naps has consistently provided quality gear for a fare price, and that keeps me returning to them for all my aas needs.
This was my first time ordering with Naps. I used a promo code to finally make the jump and try out their business. I was hesitant at first because after reading everyone's disappointment with February orders I backed away. But push came to shove and decided to try it out and I am glad I did!

+ 4I've often purchased Geneza Pharmaceuticals product and am always happy with their consistency and quality, i had to change sources recently and decided to use naps gear because of all of the good reviews i saw and i was not let down in any way, the extremely simple and user friendly website format is always a plus. Along with the vast information about their aas and the product reviews help alot and their massive selection of brands is amazing.
I ordered my Cycle and ran my Tren Acetate at 525mg/wk with every day injections of 75mg, i had some left over Geneza Test Enan that i ran at 250mg/wk and i took Anastrozole daily for estrogen sides and Caber for any possible prolactin sides. My cycle goal was to gain as much strength as possible without too much weight gain, 6 weeks in and im only up 8lbs, and my pre-cycle lifting stats were as follows;
-315lb bench press
-550lb squat
-525lb sumo deadlift
allmy maxes increased tremendously along with the stereotypical tren side effects of, agitation, night sweats, vivid dreams, being warm 24/7 and increased oily skin: as of 6 weeks my new maxes are;
-375lb bench press
-625lb squat
-600lb sumo deadlift
This cycle is definitely one worth running if you're ready mentally, and theres no other place to order from than Naps Gear!

Naps has phenomenal customer support and communication, immediately upon ordering i get the confirmation email with the payment information, and every step along the way i receive emails, When the order is received, when payment has been received, when the packages has been shipped and hen attached to the email is always a tracking number. One of my favorite features is their live support where you send in a question almost immediately a very respectful employee will answer your questions and provide you with as much additional information as necessary until you are fully satisfied with the answer, i tend to use this feature quite often actually as i find it very helpful.
After ordering and sending payment it took 2 and a half weeks to receive my order which is directly within the time frame they estimate the ordering process and delivery to take.
i also supplemented my cycle with Vitamin B complex injections, B12 boosts energy, B5 reduces oily skin, and B6 helps reduce Prolactin
I just want to say that these products work! I ordered a bulk amount of GP Test E and some GP Deca (for a later cycle). I am using 500mg Test a week currently along with .5mg anastrozole e3d. This is my 1st cycle. I am 6 and a half weeks into my cycle and I have gained nearly 20 lbs already with minimum water weight gain. People who I've never spoken to before at my work are giving me compliments on how big I'm getting and family and friends are mind blown at how big I've gotten so fast. They even say my face looks more masculine and my voice is deeper. Customer for life!

+ 2I took a slight hiatus to cycling and when I came back Eroids, I played around with what sources would be best and eventually landed on Naps. BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!! The ordering process was as simple as any other online retailer. Pick your products, make a payment, track order, get shipment. So easy and simple. Would recommend 11 out 10.

The first package placed on the March 6th, shipped March 11th and arrived March 23rd. The second package ordered on March 17th shipped....ready wait for this...international shipping that was shipped on the 24th and arrived on the 26th!! Literally 2 friggen days to get my second order from across the globe. Amazing.

-2So my order was processed late February and naps said the product was shipped and left Hong Kong on the 16th of March! I have been in contact with naps through email and every rep I speak to tells me the same thing, they tell me the order takes around four weeks from the 16th, though naps states on their shipment Info that the product should arrive in approximately 22 business days which we are talking about from the 28th of February! I understand the process through customs that the package has to go through, but naps as a company doesn't care nor make an effort to look into it! As a matter of fact I sent them a message today (April 18th) stating my concerns and how I feel as a customer, which has already paid for a product! I understand that no matter what it's a risk that I'm taking dealing with customs to clear a package like the one I ordered! But the rep responded by telling me, "Hello Daniel please SHOW ME where we do we NOT CARE please stop acting your being victimized" exactly his or her word by word! (That's how they wrote it). Victim i don't think so! I'm doing what anyone would do when it came down to expecting on getting what you paid for! Just like the last person that left a review! My product left Hong Kong a month ago, at least he got something!! Whom ever they have working over at naps that treat your customer like he did me, you all should FIRE that's person! At this point with that last treatment, I AM A VICTIM of bad customer service and maybe robery!! All I'm asking for is for some sort of empathy and a little bit of caring for a customer!

I have been in the bodybuilding world for about a solid 20 years now and this would be my first time using naps the ordering process was very quick with email confirmations and everything.
I placed my order on 3/29 and my order was split into two different packages. 1st package only had one vial of test Prop. Which I received on the 12th. The majority of my order was apparently sent the day after my first package was sent and it contains EVERYTHING I need for my 22 week cycle to prep for my first show this summer. I feel let down. No one has even tried communicating with me about the status of my 2nd package. I did everything I was supposed too. And when I checked the tracking # it says it had shipped from Hong Kong weeks ago. I don't even know what to do. I tried to PM naps....no response, emails nothing. Tickets say wait another 4 weeks which I don't have unless I skip this year's show. I am simply lost.
