My overall experience was very positive. The ordering process was smooth, the shipping was extremely fast, and everything arrived on time. Even though I ran into one issue with the Beligas Test, the way it was handled still left me with a good impression. Overall, I would rate the experience 10/10.
The quality of the products has been great. That is ultimately what matters most to me, and I have been happy with what I received. Despite the issue with the beligas Test, the rest of the order met my expectations, and the overall product quality was strong.
Customer service has been one of the biggest positives. Naps handled my issue with the Beligas Test very professionally, and I really appreciated that. They were respectful, responsive, and took the matter seriously. That level of professionalism gave me confidence in them as a company.
Delivery was super fast on all items, which was a major plus. Everything arrived quickly and on time. As for packaging, overall it was good, although the Alphavar came without the box shown in the product photo and had a few openings in the packaging. Personally, that did not bother me too much since the quality of the product itself was still great.
What stood out most to me was how professionally the company handled the one issue that came up. No company is perfect, but strong customer service makes a big difference, and that was definitely the case here. Between the fast shipping, solid product quality, and professional support, I am happy with the experience overall.
Naps does what Naps does best. It delivered! All my products came on time with no hassle.
I ordered a few bottles of test cypionate and anastrazole pills. Both were top notch. Had no issue
I've never had a problem with Naps. Their team communicates the language of what would need to be done is there was an issue well but I've never had to use that.
The product came in a bag that had a box that was wrapped in bubble wrap. The bottles were in perfect condition.
Have always used Naps and will always continue to. Highly recommend for any level gear taker

-2Napsgear generously selected me for a promo a couple months ago, and I am now reviewing what I received: 2x bullpharma oxandrolone 10mg/100tabs.
After receiving, waited on it til I was 6 weeks out from the end of a blast and ran it at 40mg/day split am/pm for 6 weeks.
I've ran good var and bunk var and the bull pharma var I received was definitely good. Was pretty well plateaued by the time I started running it and definitely was able to eek out some end of bulk gains and break some stagnant lifts after starting, as well as some real thick vascularity and very noticeable drying out. I also get really weird nerve sensations in my arms when I'm on legit var over 25-30mg/day and had PLENTY of that to deal with.
As stated above, the bull pharma var hit hard and came in clutch when I wanted it. Worked out perfectly for how I hoped it would in regards to maintaining gains till the end of my blast.
I did notice some hair shedding, but I'm prone to that and I imagine I'll be bald before long anyways so probably more of a me problem. But I wanted to include that for anyone not wanting to accelerate hair loss.
Easy peasy. I'm used to waiting months for intl packs to land so it was a nice surprise to have this one show up in about 10 business days. Didn't really have any questions or reasons to reach out to CS, but I received tracking after I ordered and then one day it arrived at my home. Simple. Painless.
Showed up discreet and undamaged. Ready to be consumed.
All in all was a very pleasant and effective experience on my end. Can't thank naps enough for their generosity, and the var they provided me was exactly what I'd hoped it would be. Overall Ever since I’ve first purchased gear from naps gear, it’s been my main source. As they have all the top brands listed with even better asking prices than other Sources that I have used in the past. Anytime I’ve used the pharmas from naps I’ve had nothing but great results. My last cycle was ran from Pharmaqo and I melted fat off of me while gaining 4 lbs of lean muscle tissue that I’ve maintained now after PCT. Sitting at about 10% bf now. Anyways, Everything about Naps is professional and I have never been let down by them since I’ve become a member. Can’t forget to mention that’s there loyalty/rewards program is TOP TIER. You always get a nice return in credit to go towards you orders after every purchase, plus you get credit for answering comments and posting gear pics. There the best in business hands down tho man!
I’ve used Pharmaqo, Ultima, Geneza and all of these products were Potent and dosed nearly perfect or slightly over dosed which is even better to me, ya get more bang for your buck. I’ve never had any PIP with ANY of the oils which is crazy! Naps is my First and they have a lifetime customer.
They reply fast fast fast, sometimes within 30 min and sometimes a hour or more. They’ve forsure always gave feedback with a 24 hour time frame
International shipping is my usual choice and it’s usually around the 2 week time frame. I’ve had maybe me or 2 orders that took over 3 weeks and that was during the Chinese new year so still pretty impressive if you ask me.
There is a reason they are ranked what they are, I think they should be ranked 1st honestly lol.

I ran this Geneza as my base Test. Had amazing results. Great aggression, strength and libido thru the roof. I did have a little more water retention than I wanted. It was a bit more difficult to control that aspect than my typical bulk runs. I did get great results tho and I felt amazing!
Customer service was good. I had several questions and they were able to respond to each message in a very timely manner.
The ordering process is seamless as always. Very user friendly and accurate.
Delivery on this one was 16 days which I felt was fantastic. Definitely one of the faster international orders I've placed.
The products were packed tight and secure. Nothing rattling around and everything was intact.
The Geneza products are always fire. I get great results every time I run their gear. Doing business with Naps was all around great. I feel they are a reliable and trustworthy source for the products you need.

Other changes you've noticed: Crowx labs is atrocious. Pinned their Testcrow 300 twice and got the worst PIP of my life including a gluteal abscess. Worst product I’ve ever used. TBH the Bull Pharma has been the best for me. The MaxiBull and BoldeBull have provided solid gains. I also used the XT Oxandroplex and loved that product as well.
I got the bad batch of ultima test and crowx labs are unsafe. Rest of the products I’ve used are decent. Unfortunately, naps doesn’t allow any negative feedback on their products. When I try to post a review, that is anything but positive, they don’t approve it.
Meh. Naps is not what I expected from a “top 10” source. Although their communication is decent, most of the replies are generic and need to be “ escalated to upper management.” I placed an international order six weeks ago that said it would arrive by four weeks. When it was never shipped. I provided clear evidence of this and have yet to receive a refund, just the typical “we’re working on it.”
US orders are great and arrive on time and well packaged, international orders are a nightmare.
Again, my expectations for naps was very high given their status on this website and others experiences. Unfortunately, the negatives have far out weighed the positives. They have thoroughly attempted to avoid taking any accountability for the recent bad batch of gear that other companies have noticed and rectified without any issue. I really wish I had better things to say about this company, but in my personal experience, this has not been the case.

+ 2I’ve been using naps for 20+ years back when you had to go to Western Union to send your money. However, here lately, something has happened. For the past year the domestic orders take a month to get. My money sits in the paid/processing or waiting for approval mode until I have to fill out a ticket. I wish a naps representative would chime in just to let me know what’s up. I’m not the only one that feels this way. I wanna keep spending my money here, but you guys are making it hard. Accordo domestic for test and tren $300 just sitting there waiting for approval.Pharmaqo fastrip150 x3 domestic paid/processing for two weeks. I made a international order directly from the Pharmaqo website and received it in two weeks. Somebody’s not doing their job as simple as that. Until you guys tighten up, I can’t refer you to any of my people.

Ive reached out to Jason from Evolutionary before (usually my go-too) he is a rep with Naps and he is the man. Always responds with help or escalates when needed.
I have also dealt with a few different reps through Naps help desk on their website and I get emails back same day with answers.
Naps has so far for 2 years always taken care of me.
4 Weeks for delivery to my door. Which has been the standard for basically anything I order (domestic or Int) which is fine.
I am used to it at this point. I know it takes time so I order ahead and never panic when I dont see something delivered in a few weeks.
Packaging is always discrete. (Doesnt matter for me, but still nice.) And the product itself is always packed nice. (Never had issues with any products and shipping so far.) Sealed up as it should. A+
Will continue to order with Naps until I have some odd reason not too.

I also enjoy that I personally get alot of help with ED from it not only with the actual plumbing but with the libido as well. I do get some facial flushing and a weird feeling in my stomach for a couple hours after each injection and that’s the worst thing about it but it does go away. Once I reach desired level of tan from every day injections I just have to inject 1mg once a week to maintain that tan. Love this stuff.

I’ve been sticking to their Dragon Pharma line and I’ve been able to maintain a lean body mass at the age of 31 while running TRT dosage of 200mg weekly of testosterone cyp. My overall experience with naps is absolutely amazing. So far I have made 76 orders with them and they are all completely perfect. If they ever make a tiny mistake, all you have to do is write them a ticket and they rectify the mistake immediately. They have always done right by me and even send some extra goodies every once in a while. Not only do they have a huge assortment of labs to choose from, but they literally have every single thing you could possibly want for your gear needs. A huge amount of gear, Sarms, AI’s, a huge variety of peptides, which are amazing and everything in between. I will never use another site other than naps for the rest of my life.
Their products are absolutely top-notch. I’ve ordered their Deca, Masteron, Testosterone, Primobolan, EQ and all different sorts of aromatase inhibitors, including a bunch Of Sarms That are fantastic. The results are amazing and you could not ask for better.

Naps was the first source I heard and learned of years ago when I first got away from TRT clinics and doctors. Opened the door to being able to experiment and learn about what my body likes and doesn’t like AAS wise. I never had any real issues with my orders. I knew brands were coming from China, would take 3-6 weeks on average. And domestic orders often came 3-4 weeks. I recently got Pharmaqo Primo 175 from them, that will be for a different review but as far as Naps was concerned, great service.
Naps has never sold me (to my knowledge) bad gear. Everything felt effective and it truly was all up to the brand

This most recent order was Geneza test prop and Geneza andromix, I’ve used both these in the past as well, the test is a perfect base to run with the andromix for a quick and effective cut, 6 week/2x/week easy cut off 5-15lbs & 2-7% fat

I extended my Ipamorelin cycle. For peptides, I tend to swing towards Dragon Pharma. Dragon has every peptide that you've never heard of lol. They have everything for men and women both! My dosing for Ipamorelin is Ipamorelin 500mcg ED. Dragon Pharma's ipamorelin is 5mg powder. I reconstitute with 1ML of bacteriostatic water. I pull to the 10 on my 100iu insulin pin. 1 bottle lasts me 10 days. I grabbed an extra 5 bottles this round. This peptide gives me more energy and has helped me burn fat. I find that I get better sleep at night as well. I'm down 22lbs since I started incorporating it into my cycle 2 months ago. The product is pure. Naps displays the 3rd party testing results on its website. This Ipamorelin in particular has become a daily staple of my life.
I haven't needed to contact them in a very long time, but when I have, they are second to none. Quick response time and they always make it right.

Order placed March 1. It’s been 22 days and my tracking info has not changed. My package supposedly shipped on March 13 but the tracking information has not updated from “ Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.”
I contacted customer service and they told me to wait until it has been in “transit” for a full 30 days before they can do anything about it. So that will be over six weeks almost 7 weeks since I ordered! The product is now out of stock according to the website.
