Little update : as of tonight i am 151lbs could not have been happier when i jumped on those scales! With 2 weeks of proper eating and training.. most of the weight is probably water/ glycogen stores building up but still its giving me the motivation to keep going and that's the most important thing right now.
Honestly I like the 25/50/25 better. 312G protein is HUGE. 139G fats is excellent. Get your fats from fish, almonds, peanut butter, nuts, coconut, olive oil flax seed, etc
Good to see you had the courage to post this up! Now what you need to do is what hypnoso said. If you want to learn about AAS then you're in the right place but stay away! Eat a shit ton of food. High protein, carbs, fats everything. Just keep the sugar and salt to a minimum. Try to get 5000+ cals a day. Eat, train, eat, sleep, eat!
Eat eat eat eat. Then eat eat eat some more. Keep training sessions short and sweet, forcus on the big 3 squats, deadlifts, and bench. Everything else is secondary, Then eat eat and eat some more. I use to be 6 foot 135, im not 218 at under 12% BF. So you can do eat, your eating is gonna have to be crazy as fuck. Eat so much it hurts.

Good luck ;)
Thanks, i was thinking 4000 cals but if you think 5000 i'll give that a go. So would a ratio of 30% protein - 50% carbs - 20% fats , be ok?
CARBS CARBS CARBS
Fats are good too. Don't focus on protein yet, because without carbs all that protein will be broken down for energy anyways.
once you can get a good 500-600g carbs a day in, then push your protein to the 300 mark.
keep fats at 150G per day.
This is how 5000 calories works out on a 30:50:20: Macro Ratio
Protein 30% - 375g -1500 calories
Carbs 50% - 625g 2500 calories
Fat 20% - 111g 1000 calories
with a 25:50:25
Protein 25% - 312g - 1250 calories
Carbs 50% - 625g - 2500 calories
Fat 25% - 139g - 1250 calories
So what do you think, the 25:50:25 looks spot on?
