Not easy at all, to take mine i just pop it into a 2ml syringe and add 2ml hot water and shake it up. then just drop 0.5ml in my mouth every 3 days. (0.25mg e3d) works well and i know im getting an accurate enough dose instead of eyeballing it and sometimes losing alot of the pill

With a knife it is easy to cut them in half, I split them into 4 pieces and that is not that easy.
Good choice.
