yea i don't mind changing plates out every set she wants to help i won't let her but she is tough and i would rather workout with her than someone with no heart plus after 15 years i still love looking at her body lol!!!!

my girl trains with me sometimes too. fucking sucks. kills my whole workout. hate having to take of a bunch of 45's to put on 10's every fucking set. she got a fierce body though.
AnonI agree with how you feel. My girlfriend trains with me and she 10x's better than any other of my friends are. She knows how bad I want to reach my goals. Congrats to you!
