5 weeks in after 6 months off.. Training with my wife the last 3 weeks and its the first time in my life training with anyone and its going pretty good!!!!!thought i would take pic now and another in 6months wish me luck

yea monstar i never have prior to now and its awesome especially getting help pushing through the last set of reps when before i couldn't because i didn't have a spotter
