+ 9 WHY ENTER THE EBC???
With this ebc coming to an end soon the next one will be right around the corner. I encourage everyone to enter the competition. Just one will change your physique dramatically. You might be the person that say oh ill push myself past my potential without any outside help. Wait until your competitive nature kicks in...you will be waking up at 4:30 to hit morning workouts then smashing the gym again at night after working all day, always driving harder and harder. The pic shows the difference between my physique from the spring ebc to this ebc. I hope GFIT will see tho and show everyone his progress, even more remarkable. I know I talk a lot of shit but it's people like him(and many others). That make the competition so great. So this spring it's time to get shredded again so get your ass up and get in on the upcoming EBC
