Ya, I love doin legs now. especially deadlifts and squats. I tie deadlifts in with leg presses. All my upperbody joint and tendons are starting to hurt so it feels good to do legs and deads without injury or pain. Good quads

Hey bro thanks. Imo i need work on three muscle groups the most. (All need work always lol) but hammys,triceps and calves are my three weak spots. Hammys are my quickest fix as i know what i gotta do i just dont do it. Interesting enough my glutes are very muscular. If u look at my prev pics u can see the hammys.

Thanks bro. I like legs better then working arms and back but not as much as chest and shldrs and traps. For me they fall in the middle as far as enjoyable workouts. I feel like they have much more potential. For me the key is full range of motion. I hate seeing guys half repping with squats and leg press. I go knee to chest and ass to grass
