I am embarrassed, to say the least, about my current condition. I'm at 216.6lbs. I stopped working out a month before California shut down the gyms. And initially my weight dropped from ~240lbs to my current weight. During the pandemic I've used alcohol to an excess and ate as if I was still training. I noticed my sex drive VANISH, a huge increase in body fat around midsection, depression, and anxiety. Doctor checked my testosterone and I was at 123 ng/dL. Anyways I have very little gym equipment right now but enough to make good gains. I'm basically doing a 5x5 strength program. I have about 400lbs in plates and I made a squat rack. I do Squats, Bench press, and bent over rows one day and squats, overhead press, and deadlift. Also since finding out about my low test results I started taking taking testosterone at 200mg/week and I'm taking 25mg of winstrol for the next 30 days and I'm hoping that can give me a little extra kick until the test kicks in.
