+ 17 Week by week

This is a week by week pics of my progress. I just started week six today. I am up 11 pounds.
I started with test and dbol. At week three I dropped the dbol because I just can’t handle it for longer than that. I lost a few pounds of water weight but I’m ok with that. I’m trying to add mass but mass has always been a challenge with me. I’m going to run my cycle for 4 more weeks and hopefully make more gains. I’m going to add 500 more calories a day and 100 more carbs and see what kind of gains that will bring me. This is my first leg shot posted. I could never get that cut in my legs.

Legs are looking solid. If on gear I would bump the cals up more. 500+ cals is what I would do off cycle to avoid to much fat. On cycle your metabo is revved up along with nitrogen retention. Take advantage of that while cycling and push it to 1000+ and then back down if need be. If you are already getting in 1.5-2.0g/lb of protein then bump up the carbs and fats, just make sure you have your protein requirements met first.

Great progress Bill! I believe legs to be a weak point for most and even for me. Ive found losing the ego at the door will aid tremendously in development. Make each set hard, and every top set death. Keep In mind you can do this with lighter weight...you will not be able to maximize ROM with a weight you cannot handle. Utilize machines, and lunge like a mofo once a week...I usually lunge my way out the door after quads.. +1 brother!!

Adding 500 more calories?
From oatmeal,proteinpowder,peanutbutter
Or a packet of rice. Definitely harder than just adding any 500 calories. Which you going with and adding it at what meal in the day

I’ll set my alarm for 2 am and eat a meal. That’s my plan. I have no trouble getting back to sleep. This is the best time to do it. Work is slow now so I’m only working 40 hours.

just eat some slow acting protein like casein or cottage cheese before bed and you will be fine until breakfast.

In my experience and opinion brother, uninterrupted sleep is going to be be more important than getting in that meal in the middle of the night. For any purpose. Growing or cutting.

I would really consider making your meals slightly larger during the day or getting another in.

Ive heard many theories on this yes sleep is very important.
I run into the problem when i make my meals larger i 6oz protein , veggie , carb whatever. If i raise to 7 or 8 which i have tried my stomach bloats and i poop
And its not bloated from drinking cause i dont really drink while eating maybe a sip of water
Maybe i just have a small stomach or an underlying problem
I also add bargs apple cider vinegar not sure it helps but i like the flavor

100 gram jasmine or substitute with plain rice cakes
90 gram green beans
I could probably eat the other 2oz meat seperate

I find making a recording of myself to track progress more helpful than photos as of recent. I can see more clearly weak points and areas which have improved

I’m still not satisfied. I need to be bigger. Thank you. I look in the mirror and it’s my biceps that need work. My lats need to be wider but I have been making improvements on the lats lately. I’m very happy with my leg progress though. These next four weeks I’m gonna eat like there isn’t any food left in the world.

Everything. I change it week by week. They do have this new machine at my gym for power lifters that hits your weak spots. Not sure what it’s called but I’ll take a pic and post it tonight. It’s a really good machine and I don’t use machines that much.

I started at 30 mgs a day the first week and 40 mgs a day for the next two. Three weeks total.

I started around 3500 But my gains slowed so I’m going to up it to 4000. I have an unusually high metabolism. Maybe I should even eat more. Any advise welcome.
Of your asking what kind I eat just about everything from clean to dirty.

The 2 pounds a week seems about right to me. As long as it's not alot of bloat. I personally hate trying to add a bit of muscle and I gain fat instead, lol. Any kind of bulking is a mind fuck for me typically.
