I am 5 weeks into cycle and feel fucking amazing! I am shooting for an additional 8-10 lbs of lean, dry, hard muscle. I think I can do it with the way I have been eating and training... we shall see...

I basically just eat as much clean food as I possibly can. I try to keep my protein as high as possible, and don't worry too much about carbs (they never stuck with me, just FLOW through... plus I need them). Mon-Fri I start my day off with egg whites w/ spinach, and black beans. Through out the day I eat chicken, white fish and a lot of rice related foods (quinoa, brown, basmati etc) I eat a lot of turkey and tuna sandwiches. I also include 3-4 protein shakes with powdered carbs throughout the day. The weekends I eat pretty much whatever I feel like (what ever my wife cooks). I lift 5 days a week and include light cardio 5 days as well.

Thanks brother! I incorporated a lot of different exorcises... I have three favorites though, but not sure what the names would be.
- Lay down with legs straight out and elevated, hands behind my head, and then do a sit up raising my head and knees until they meet. I do this slowly 4 sets of 30.
- Lay down with legs straight out and elevated, arms straight back holding onto 45lb plate. I then lift my legs straight up and lift my head with plate up (arms always locked straight) and meet in a pyramid like position. I do 4 sets of 15.
- This one is pretty popular. I just do straight and side crunches with a cable crossover. 4 sets of 20.

I appreciate the complement bro! I posted my cycle in a reply below... its more or less a cutting cycle, which some would think is odd because I am pretty lean to begin with. However I like the long lean cut look (wife does too), and the compounds I am using cut fat pretty well when the base has a low BF%. If you are only 12% BF bro, you can cut that shit with good diet and cardio (obviously lifting as well). I had almost double my BF 2 years ago...
