Im on the bodybuilding side of this game. Im 5'11, Goals are to be as proportioned and as large as possible.
Lifts are steadily going up. Yesterday i finished deads up with 435 for 9. A new PR for me. I have swallowed my ego and actually lowered the weight to get a slower contraction. Pumps are way better, and im seeing and feeling the difference.

I'm OFF right now 2 weeks so far shit sucks. But still hitting 500 for 5. Strength is definitely going down.
But mass Is still there. Just hate that feeling of losing strength ya know.
If I may ask how come the test is so high??

500 for 5 isnt anything to shit on bro. a lot of people cant even leg press that. lol. Well i know a lot of guys like to criticize running test that high( not saying you are criticizing, im just saying.), but im looking to take this to the next level. Im looking to be on a national level within the next 4 or 5 years. So im really looking to step it up to make it to that level. This sport is all i ever thank about and it would feel like winning the lottery if i make it to a higher level.

Not criticising One bit Smile just curious. But I've done 1200 before also just tryin to get ahead faster.
But lowered it to 800 and didn't really even notice a difference. IMO it takes time for the body to adjust to doses. I've learned that
When I quit growing from that certain dose then raise it higher and continue
Growing. Otherwise putting to much then what your body can use is just a waste.
Just tryin to save ya some money. Lol
But hey if you wanna do 1200 then shit I hope it fuckin makes you into a
Monster! But if you don't get some major weight gain and muscles size going on after 7 weeks.
Then your body is proly just getting rid of what it can't use. Just. Heads up
But idk how many cycles or if you ever ran tren before but that's some fuckin epic stuff!.
If you want a monster stack try this next cycle.
TestE at 1g
Tren A or E at 500mgs
EQ at 600mgs
And Anadrol at 100mgs for 6 weeks.

Now thats what the fuck im talking about bro. I ran tren Ace in my pre contest stack this year and the sides were very noticeable. My blood pressure shot through the damn roof. But i could only imagine how i would take to it on a bulk. Ill probably give it another shot during next years off season. I am trying to steadily go up in MG or hormones each time. But i am very grateful for the info bomb you just dropped and i will definitely look into that bud. thanks a lot.

Oh yeah any time bro. Quick tip for tren sides. Like blood pressure
10 mins of cardio fast walk after every workout should keep things in a good balance and shit tons of water.
And also your body will adjust after a couple of tren cycles. But damn

3028 protein....? No offense that has to be the stupidest thing I have ever heard, your body can only do so much with protein rest goes to waste, why do you think when you eat a lot of protein you fart/shit more often... Not trying to hate but that is a rediculous amount of protein and I have never heard anyone take in that amount in a day...
