+ 4 USRoids IGF-1 Before and After
6’2” – 215lbs – ~12–13% bf
On cruise: 250mg test + 2mg retatrutide
No orals, no other AAS
Started HGH at 2.7iu/day on July 29th → bumped to 5.1iu about a week before bloods.
Bloods were pulled just under 4 weeks at August 20th, AM pin, fasted, drawn 3 hours later.
First run with GH. Honestly expected a bigger bump, feels a little underwhelming and im slightly disappointed because I bought almost 1500IU of this stuff. Probably tested too soon after the jump, but figured I’d be over 200 by now. Running another test in ~2 weeks which will show 4 full weeks at 5.1iu.
Everything else checks out (T3/T4, etc). Side note: dreams have been wild, never had that before. Only weird side is sore nips if I press on them—no itch, burn, or puff. Prolactin went 13 → 18.5 so I hopped on Nolva just in case(right after bloodwork done). Couldn’t find much linking GH to nip sides, so maybe it’s just from jumping up in dose?
Anyone else run into this? Appreciate any insight on the numbers or sides.
Update: @keytech has been nothing but professional and quick to address the hiccup. He’s making it right and making sure I’m taken care of.
Just want to be clear, this post was never meant as an accusation, just me sharing bloodwork and getting feedback/ideas from the community. Appreciate all the input, and also respect that @keytech stood up and handled things the right way.

itszoot89Update on my situation with @keytech
Just wanted to follow up publicly since a lot of people weighed in on my bloodwork and the discussion around it.
I want to be clear — my theory about possibly getting the 13–14iu vials instead of the 50–51iu was just that: a theory. I was only trying to find an explanation that lined up with the numbers. I’m not here to discredit anyone’s reputation, and I’ve said from the start that @keytech has been professional in how he’s handled this.
He reached out directly and agreed to make things right, which is exactly what I told everyone he would do. That says a lot about his character and how he values his customers.
At the end of the day, bloodwork can spark debate, but what matters most is how a source responds when there’s a hiccup. In this case, @keytech handled it the right way and deserves credit for that.
Igf1 is tge proper testing. That numbers crap. Gh test can be raised by a ton of the peptides. But igf1 cant be faked. Justvtry finding REAL igf1.....
Dude, post pics of pussy for Titan, at least you're turning us on. We're crazy about pussy here, lol.
IGF test rises even with some simple 10mg of melatonin
Honestly, I generally only trust clients who send GH to their preferred labs for HPLC. Everything else is bullshit. Countless tests have been conducted on ProfessionalMuscle and other forums on pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical GH and IGF-1. Massive bodybuilders and normal guys whose IGF-1 levels didn't meet the 100ng per unit rule. So, it makes no sense to continue talking and acting like scientists.
A guy with just 10 mg of melatonin in the evening, after three months, his IGF level went from 200 ng to 300 ng, without any GH at all.
A guy contacted us on Telegram asking if we could give credit for an expensive HPLC he had done in the US, and we did. I didn't even know they did HPLC on GH in the US.
https://www.eroids.com/pics/hplc-10iuvial-goldtrope-100iukit-month-of-ju...
All this to say that the IGF-1 test is the least accurate thing there is, then everyone can believe what they want
That's absolutely real. I did test it on myself.
GH conversion to IGF-1 is tricky stuff; it's always hard to tell if it's real or not. So many variables involved.
Some of us simply don't get huge igf numbers when running gh. @ 8 iu from a different vendor i think i was in the mid 200's. While others were well into the upper 300's from the same batch. The real question that matters is are you getting any of the benefits from running gh? Improved sleep, decreased recovery time, faster growing hair and nails, etc. If you are getting the benefits don't sweat the numbers so much.
Does anybody on this site actually study or watch things about bodybuilding or just care about numbers the biggest bodybuilders in the world don’t care about IGF 1 numbers at all Kurt havens and all the GH experts have already explained that IGF in serum does not matter ever you want in the muscle your tryna use a proxy of what’s in the blood and it’s not accurate at all with that dumbass test stop buying it.
While systemic IGF-1 circulating the body is not the end all be all,.it’s literally the only objective tool we have to assess the quality of GH. Aside from this it’s purely subjective. There’s no way to measure local IGF-1 in the muscle without highly invasive means such as a biopsy.
So yes this is a IGF-1 serum is a valuable tool as after 15 years of people doing if we have some good benchmarks to go on for a given dose.
I’m not denying that it’s a proxy if it’s in the blood we can assume something getting too the muscle but the # has too many variances that can throw it off end of the day a bad night of sleep stupid small stuff cam change your igf at that point in the time.
But it's not a direct indicator of GH legitimacy. Chase irons was running 18 IU of Serostim a day and his IGF was like 300 iirc. Barely changed it at all, but he was making tons of progress.
he was shooting 18iu all at once before bed. there’s no surprise that his IGF-1 levels were only in the 300s as there’s a maximum IGF-1 response you can get at one time and anything beyond that is a waste. At night it’s about 4ius. So Him being at 300 is within range of where you’d except igf-1 levels to be on 4ius a day, maybe a tad low but that’s individual response. If you read the studies and literature for serostim they talk this.
itszoot89Chase is an outlier, not the blueprint. For the average lifter, IGF-1 rises in a clear, dose-dependent way if the GH is real. That’s exactly why clinics and endocrinologists use IGF-1 to monitor treatment, not serum spikes that can be gamed with timing or secretagogues. Serum just tells you something GH-like hit your system for a couple hours. IGF shows the actual biological response over time. A few freak cases doesn’t erase the average experience.
I didn't say he's the rule I just said getting a poor IGF response doesn't automatically mean the GH is bunk. It should be investigated further but not an automatic fail for a given GH. Send it out for 3rd party testing to be certain.
itszoot89Look at my response to key.
I break down the numbers in a theory I have and they align with why my levels may be what they are.
Interesting to see the response
Doing 10 i.u in muscle then checking your GH level is how we determine “quality” if what you have is actually working or not don’t start with the fake gear shit or IGF lr3 or secretagoue raise GH as well he didn’t buy bunk gear from a shit source.IGF varies way too much person to person. everyone gets a different response low IGF does not mean your GH is good or bad at all what your body does in response is what really matters there are shit responders too GH as well as gear you should know this.
No, GH serum testing protocol is not how we determine quality. It’s the most useless test for determining quality, which is why we’ve largely gone away from it over the last decade. There’s no standard for where 10ius should put you. It differs widely per person and even for pharm grade GH. 10ius of Pharm grade GH produces GH serum levels anywhere from 20-50 using the same standard protocol. So we can’t say that 5ius should put you at this level, and 10 should have you around this level and if it’s significantly less than that it’s under dosed.
GH serum is good for telling you that you either have some amount of legit 191aa GH in the Vial, or 192aa, or some sort of growth hormone releasing peptide that the sneaky Chinese have found spikes serum levels around the same time as real GH.
Key is saying his GH should put you around 20-25 following the standard serum protocol with 10ius. 6ius of pharm grade puts me over 30 and 10iu just under 50. Does that mean his GH is over 50% underdosed? No it doesn’t, it means GH serum testing is useless and should remain back in 2014 where we left it.
itszoot89Facts bro, 100%. Serum testing only tells you there’s something in the vial… could be 191aa GH, 192aa, or even some peptide designed to spike levels for a couple hours. That’s why it’s useless for measuring potency. IGF-1 is the actual marker of biological activity, because it shows what the GH is doing long-term in the body.
There’s published data where 10iu of pharma GH put one guy at 20 ng/mL and another close to 50, same protocol, same brand. Way too much variance to use as a “quality check.” Add in factors like injection timing, fasting state, and individual metabolism, and serum is basically noise. IGF-1 plus symptom feedback (sleep, recovery, vivid dreams, joint changes, etc.) is how you know it’s working.
That’s why my IGF-1 labs are what I lean on, they show the real biological effect, not a random spike.
I believe my theory explained to key below is the likely cause as the numbers I provided would match to the muted igf-1 results
An important aspect we haven't discussed yet: how much water do you use per vial? how many insulin syringe notches do you use each time?
itszoot89Just to clear this up — Nolvadex had zero effect. I only started it after the blood draw, so it wasn’t even in play. And even if it was, Nolva doesn’t tank IGF. Retatrutide isn’t the culprit either. Yeah, there are rare mentions of GLP-1s nudging IGF, but nothing that explains why 5.1iu looks like it didn’t even hit 2iu. My glucose, liver, and other markers all came back clean.
For dosing: vials are being advertised as overdosed at 50–51iu. I used 2mL bac water per vial with U100 pins, which makes every 0.1mL (10 mark) about 2.55iu. I ran that once daily (2.55iu) from July 29–Aug 13 (16 days), then bumped it to twice daily (5.1iu) for the week leading into bloods. Bloods were pulled correctly — AM pin, fasted, and tested three hours later. So between proper reconstitution, consistent pinning, and correct timing, the numbers still don’t line up. At the end of the day, bloodwork doesn’t lie.
Here’s the theory that actually makes sense: if I was accidentally given the 13-14iu vials that you sell as overdosed from 10IU instead of the 50–51iu ones, then with 2mL bac water each 0.1mL would only equal ~0.65iu. That means my “2.55iu” daily dose would have actually been ~0.65iu, and when I doubled it to “5.1iu” it was really just ~1.3iu per day. That lines up almost perfectly with my bloodwork, which reflected closer to 1–2iu, not 5.
@keytech maybe worth double-checking packaging to rule out a mix-up.
your theory is off the mark bro, because the 10iu GH has a cap with 10iu engraved on it, different packaging and a different day of purchase and therefore different production
itszoot89Got it, I hear you on the different caps/packaging and production dates, that makes sense. I’m not saying this was definitely a swap, just that the dosing math and my bloods lined up exactly with what would happen if the vials were in that lower range. That’s why I brought it up as a possible explanation, because the numbers just don’t add up otherwise.
you should also do a GH test as well. Pin 10ius before you go, wait 3 hours, I believe. Your GH should be over 25, I think, if it's legit HGH. do a little research though because i kind of forgot how long to wait and how high the hgh should be after 2- 3 hours.
Yes, it is correct, you need to inject 10 IU of GH intramuscularly, not subq, otherwise the absorption times are prolonged, preferably in the deltoids, do the GH blood tests 3 hours after the injection, the result should be in the range between 20 and 25
Greeeeat. This will be my first run with gh and just bought this same batch. Hopefully I didn't throw away $250.
itszoot89Well from what I’m seeing every batch is different- I wouldn’t jump the gun! And it’s not like the stuff is not working because it is just not as “strong” as it should be.
Yeah looks like a new batch came out mid August, so assuming it's a different batch than yours considering your started July 29th. We'll see what bloods look like in a few weeks.
Scary number, brother man. I'm sorry !
Thanks for sharing Bloods, though.
itszoot89I appreciate it brother , keytech made it right though.
Ya that’s terrible, you’re not on 5ius of GH. It takes less than a week for IGF-1 levels to peak and stabilize on a given dose so that’s not the problem since you were on the higher dose for about a week. Your IGF-1 levels don’t even really reflect 2ius a day.
But this is why you do bloodwork, so you don’t waste anymore time. You got a weak batch, which is part of the gamble with cheap UGL GH. But it’s cheap enough that you can double the dose and hopefully get some decent results.
itszoot89Yeah this was the overdosed version he had.
Really disheartening no hear, especially since it was my first time with source.
Hopefully @keytech can make this right, I would love to leave this on a positive note!
You asked me if we would reimburse the IGF-1 test and I told you no, because it is not reliable, many factors come into play as other sources have explained, those who do not have a healthy liver do not convert GH into IGF-1 well, many drugs alter the conversion or falsify the tests, as I explained to you, you could have sent them to do an HPLC instead form jano or other labs, i would have paid for the HPLC
send me a pm with the order number and we will sort it out
Is this the puretrope that’s 250 Bucks for 400ius? You’re never going to consistently get good GH at 62 cents an iu. But even if you double that price to 1.24 an iu because you have to double the dose that’s still Cheap for GH. So I wouldn’t complain. I’d be happy you got bloodwork and know where this stuff has your levels and adjust accordingly. If you want legit GH that’s pure, accurately dosed and is biologically active your going to have to pony up and pay a few bucks an IU for pharm grade GH. If not then you just do bloodwork and adjust the dose accordingly to account for the sometimes underdosed UGL GH. But generally speaking you should be seeing about 100ng/ml per 1iu. So on 5 you should be around 500, +- 100 depending on individual response.
itszoot89Yeah that’s what’s throwing me off, man. You said my 5.1iu doesn’t even crack what 2iu should look like, then mentioned just doubling the dose since it’s cheap. But if your math is right, I’d have to more than double just to be in the ballpark — which kinda kills the whole “cheap GH” argument.
I get that UGL is always a gamble, and I’m not expecting pharma at UGL prices, but if I’m running 5+ iu a day and still not even sniffing 2iu blood levels, that’s a pretty weak return. Right now it’s looking like I paid discount prices and got discount dosages.
1.26 or even if you have to 3x if it at $1.86 an iu is still half the price of pharm grade GH, or less. I’m paying $3.25 an iu for pharm grade GH now. Which is a pretty good deal actually. Often times it goes for more than that, up to $5 an iu. So even running 3x the dose you’re still saving money.
I tell everyone to atleast do a short run on pharm grade GH and do blood work so you know exactly where you should be on a given dose. Technically you only need an about a week but you should just do a full month. You probably won’t want to go back to UGL after that though lol. I never could go back.
personally with 2iu of goldtrope my hands explode and my igf-1 levels go up to 320ng/ml on me
the GH you are talking about is not a Pharmagrade but a Turkish or Chinese replica, if you send it to janoshik you will see what comes out, the real pharmaceutical GH costs $15x iu, not $3 or $5 per unit
This doesn't mean that Chinese or Turkish GH isn't good, Chinese GH is now very cheap only because they sell tons of it and there's a war between producers, not because it's underdosed or not good or any bullshit like that from traders
$15 an IU is Us prices, where drugs are more way expensive than every other country. It’s significantly cheaper in the 3rd world countries we source most of the phram grade GH from. It’s actually cheaper than that though in the US. I used to get Omnis from a speciality pharmacies for $6-10 an iu.
And no, I’m not taking about solely Turkish or Chinese GH. I’m talking about omnitrope from my local compounding pharmacy. And real Russian Jintropin, which is made by Gensci in china for which nobody has ever been able to successfully replicate. Tons of crappy fake Chinese jins out there but I’ve never wasted my time with those. And then yes Turkish nords, genos, saizen and Omnis. And higher end UGL GH. All pretty consistent. Only time my IGF-1 levels have been significantly lower or higher is on generic color tops, which is to be expected at 1/4 the price.
But again, even if yours are underdosed I think it’s still a killer deal. Not trying to take anything away from your product. Nobody should be expecting pharm grade GH and consistency at 1/10th the price.
Are the new batches from mid August the same ones tested back in mid July at 50iu a vial? Or are the results still pending for the August 13th new stock?
Yea my question is which gold trope it is
itszoot89It was the 400iu overdosed ones he has on the site now for $250
Just remember the samples he sent off came back overdosed. That doesn’t mean all the vials are going to be 50IU. When i see an overdosed compound i always just go by what its labeled because maybe some or all of the vials are not overdosed.
I would be treating these as the advertised 40IU’s personally. Not sure that you’ll get the result you’re looking for by going that route but thought I’d chime in.
itszoot89At this point I’m just going to double the dose and take another test- 10IU here I come
It's not necessary to double the dose; simply stop taking Reta and Nolvdex and repeat the test after two months. Other tests can also be performed, such as injecting 10 IU into the muscle and taking a blood test for growth hormone (GH) exactly three hours after the injection.
yolo
Read that Reta can mess with igf-1 levels
Nolvadex lowers igf1.
If the hgh is making your nipples sore is prolactin not estrogen. Hgh increases prolactin.
exactly, one of the many drugs
Ya nolva is bad for IgF-1. But he said he didn’t start the nolva until after he pulled bloods.
You right
itszoot89Yeah I have caber on hand incase. Thanks for sharing bud
I want sharing anything i was trying to help you out. Idk if you were trying to be offensive or if i just took that the wrong way??
