+ 8 Update pic on sust-tren cycle

Recently added some Pharmacon dbol to my cycle and added another 10 pounds to my body weight. 50mg split twice a day for 100mg total. Weighing in around 238. Switched over from tren e to some tri tren by SP LABS from ashop. Very pleased with the results. No pump in this pic. Natural state.

Bottom pic is me 8 years ago. Not running any gear whatsoever. Weighing in at 185. With extremely low body fat. For some reason, I cant get my body to show well defined abs or get very vascular. I don't get it. I religiously trained abs every day and still no six pack. Any advice is welcome.

Not putting him down, I think he has a great physique, but if you have ever been on social media tons of people add a black line around their physique to make it "pop". People like Jeff Seid been caught doing this.

Before pic you weren’t “really” lean. You were still easily 12-15%. Main pic you’re about the 15-17% range. You can’t put work, especially can’t out drug a bad or not on point diet, no matter what. You’re like me and it doesn’t come easy being lean, you have to diet perfectly, cardio, and then suppplement and try hard as hell.

You shouldn’t just “throw in” stuff to a cycle. It should be well planned out before hand. What’s your diet? Post it up.

Good gains though but looking too soft to appreciate it fully my man

Man you got the size! Give it your all and figure out the best and smartest way to slowly bring your cals down and add in a little cardio and get tipped man! You can hold that size and lean out I know it. Talk to some guys here about diet and supps to attack losing bf and holding size you got this man for sure!!!

I have, I will again shortly. I’m far from my goals, but don’t sugar coat things and don’t think people posting pictures should hear it differently. People are harming their bodies, paying tons of money, making huge health gambles and don’t do everything right or give it their all? Why would we not be able to be critical of that?

I think it’s funny you two are the only ones complaining about my comment when the OP respected the Critism, not sorry I shoot straight. This page has been full of people posting crazy cycles, looking like they don’t know how to train and eat correctly but are still damaging their bodies and risking health, but giving a terrible effort and full package of attack with nutrition and all.

Also people posting pictures that show a delt covering the entire screen, or a picture with their entire body covered asking how they look? Come on now

My advice wouldnt be to give up meat to get lean. Maybe certain cuts ( ribs, fatty cuts of beef/ pork ect...) nothing wrong with chicken breast, lean beef, and my favorite fish for keeping lean. I would think you would have a hard time getting in decemt aminos from a plant based diet especially plant proteins.. i have heard bad things about soyprotein in a mans body. Phytoestrogens are found highly in soy protiens so i dont think extra estrogen is gonna help you reach your goal of getting lean. I would say tweak your carb intake to only complex carbs and inly take em in first thing in the am and pre and post training... keep those quality protiens high and dont forget your essential fats as well..! And all the veggies you can stand as long as they aint loaded with dressings and such... make sure to hit cardio as well and you would be surprised at what can happen when u find your sweetspot with waht your body chemistry requires ro lean up or build lean mass. Everyone is differnt in that aspect but we can all follow basic guidelines and then change to fit our needs as individuals. Good luck bro and enjoy the journey and the challenge!
