77.3 nmol/L (2230 ng/dL) on 175mg/wk of Ultima Enan-250. On a trough, Thursday morning right before I'd normally pin, 3.5d away from my last pin Sunday evening.

I've always found the Ultima Test E to be very good, the Jano's tend to show it more like 300mg/ml than 250 when they are put up.
That could go a ways to explaining the high total T numbers. Going to drop my weekly dose to 125mg/wk for the rest of this cruise and in to my cutting cycle as I mentioned below and re-run my bloods in about 8 weeks. Assuming some degree of linearity (I know it's not linear, of course), that ought to be put me ~1500 total T and near the upper end of the reference range for E2. We'll see how it goes!

Maybe so, but I've found ~80 (which is close to where that pmol number puts me) is the sweet spot for GH conversion for me. Lower and my IGF-1 conversion drops. So absent any estrogen symptoms, this is workin' for me.
73.5 pg/ml would have my doctor shoving letro down my throat.
Haha, fair enough. I only exert any significant efforts managing my estrogen when I'm also on a 19-nor, mainly out of an abundance of caution. I'm fortunate enough to have minimal side effects, as long as everything's generally in balance (but I just don't want to risk any kind of progestogenic cascade). Then again, you actually have a doctor giving you advice, which has to be nice - I'm over here seat of the pants-ing it, quarterly labs the only guide.
Numbers change frequently and its a good idea to catch them before they go sideways. Stay safe, too many dropping dead before 55 nowadays.
stay quarterly getting them done, but if you are not on cycle you should stop being at over 2k and get in range before your hematocrit, hemoglobin, and rbc gives you a heart attack. That should be your next blood work, a full panel. without insurance its gonna cost over 200.00. if not get the above ones done. Your heart will thank you.

Yeah, I was a little shocked at how high these were, after getting these results I'm going to drop my cruise dosage to 125mg/wk (starting this Thursday) - no need for my numbers to be this high while I'm supposed to be taking time off. Going to start a cutting cycle next (early April) and keep that same 125mg/wk (w/ a little bit of mast/tren sprinkled in) and get followup bloods w/ a full blood panel after ~7 or 8 more weeks, so I'll know what numbers that reduced weekly load puts me at soon. Stay healthy man.

Just reuploaded the full page (with identifying information removed). And I ain't Chinese, friend - I just live on their side of the world, haha, so I only have so many choices where I get my bloods done.
