4 months and down 59 lbs. ty all for the kind words. As I am in my 40's being huge and carrying weight is not good, lol. This is the 1st time I have dieted and made it a lifestyle. I was not planning on being active as some boards I have been on since 2008 and it's all drama. So far you al seem like brothers sho want to help each other so I am stuck around. Ty. Added leg pics, working on getting them back. Had a lot of knee pain but now realize it was from carrying 60lbs of extra weight. Live and learn.
