Wow bro, they took it down! I can’t believe that. Why would they take that down? There is literally no way to let others know of a bad experience. EROIDS took the picture down when they have left it up and simply allowed UGF to dispute it. This is ridiculous.

Additionally, what are you talking about with the reviews? I just looked at the reviews I left and I have left only THREE this YEAR. definitely NOT 2 for UGF. Are you really complaining because I left good reviews for pharmacom throughout my time as a member? Lol

In addition, I order ALOT from pharmacok and thibk they are awesome. I have used their products many many times with excellent results. And I will leave a review for them every time I use one of their products. Again, I thought that was the whole point of this forum and site? I don’t really care that “I’m m in your crosshairs”. If this kind of thing, which is legitimate, is all it takes to be in “your crosshairs”, especially after being a member for so long and using your suppliers so much, then so be it. It’s rediculous. I’m more upset at the way EROIDS handles problems like this then getting the package the way I did (whose ever fault it was).

I have never ran into a problem with any supplier I’ve left a review for and have supported and been a member of the community for years? But I’m in you crosshairs? There are plenty of other boards and forums that offer the same “service” you do. I CHOOSE to be a part of eroids community. But if leaving a bad review or leaving reviews for the suppliers that I have received product from is a problem, then I don’t know what do. I’ve dropped thousands of dolllars using your site to navigate to a good supplier. If you guys were truly “neutral” then you would allow consumers to leave reviews no matter what it says (aside from rediculous and blatantly wrong). But you don’t. EVERY SINGLE review for almost EVERY supplier is GREAT. Even the best companies in the world, such as Apple or Google have dissatisfied customers, but not eroids or any of their suppliers right? And again, consumers cannot leave negative reviews, and not only that the review I left wasn’t even not bad and I did not “bash” UGF AND was backed up by pictures, wasn’t just me making some rediculous claim.

As I said in my PM, you say that there is no way that it was you or your distributor. Fine. Arguing about it gets us nowhere. And, again, I can tell you that I have NEVER left a bad review, even the review that I wrote you (that got taken down) wasn’t “bad”. I simply said what happened. Which, really, consumers should be able to do, I still stood behind you. What is shocking to me, is that the mods and you are coming down on me for leaving the review, for receiving what I did. Just like you said that it would be pathetically stupid of you to send out a product as a promo, looking for reviews, as something like that. It would be equally pathtically stupid of me to leave a review or air this out AT ALL on FREE product. ESPECIALLY when I never asked for replacement. In your PM you originally told me that you DO take pictures of products you send out, but then in a layer PM you tell me that your distributors simply told you that they didn’t do it. Again you guys have always been great. I’ve ordered from you in the past and never had a problem and the gear was great. I think this whole mess is ridiculous. Especially the way eroids got involved. Seems like they are more interested in protecting and serving the suppliers rather than trying to help, protect, or serve the consumer. Alrhough they try to make it appear as if they are neutral and here for the consumer. As I said multiple times now, I’ve been a loyal member of this community for years, and now I run into a problem and some how it’s my fault and I lose over 20 karma. Rediculous. Look through the reviews of the suppliers on eroids and you will find overwhelmingly positive reviews for EVERY supplier. And of course, we can’t see the negative ones because they are taken down for “failure to follow the rules”, like my was. There was NO WAY I was putting that in my body, so where should someone leave a review for something like that. Granted, I should have tried tondeealnwith this with the supplier more before leaving a review, but in a case where something isn’t right, where does the consumer get to leave that feedback? On a picture, in a place where someone, especially someone who is new, has to dig to find it? It should be readily available to read. In this circumstance, I should have dealt with it a bit different and I admit that, but as I said before, from this experience, it DOES NOT seem like eroids is here for the consumer, but rather for the suppliers. I’m very disappointed with eroids at this point.

7 reviews is extreme to you? I would think that would be a good thing. That means that I’m using your site and suppliers regularly and that I actually use the products I receive. As you can see I have used eroids for years, but now I have ONE problem in all the time I have been a LOYAL member to this community and get my balls busyed for it. As I said in my other comment, it’s no reason so many other board and forums think that eroids is a joke. I mean does this reply get taken down because it reflects badly on eroids themselves. Addmittedly, I should have tried to deal with the supplier solely before leaving a review, but really you’re actually giving flak for someone leaving reviews? I thought that was the whole point of this site, or is more of a forum for you to advertise for certain suppliers for a price? As members, especially with the karma that I did have, being a memeber of the community for as long as I have, I should be allowed to say whatever i want, provided that it’s not profane. I will be surprised if this doesn’t reply doesn’t get taken down.

Because I do believe in them as a company, they have always been great in the past. However, at this point in time it seems like something is getting messed up, perhaps in their distribution. I don’t know. But like I said I am not asking for a reason or for any additional supplements. I do stand behind them, they have always been a great company and when I have ordered from them before they were spot on. And their products were great Something obviously just got messed up this time. I wanted to let them know which I did. What they do with the information is their business

The bottle that that bottle replaced was a similar bottle but it was plastic and had a twist off top also on sealed and also the same type of liquid inside non-oil, watery with no smell or taste and completely clear

Have no idea. Contacted them about it and they said it was no way it was there’s. The only thing I can think of is that one of their distributors is fuking things up for them. Because it definitely camenin the package with the tracking number they sent me. Like I said in my review, UGF has been great in the past and I’m shocked to receive something like this. And I’m not trying to scam to get more, bc I didn’t ask them to resend it. I simply just let them know.
