Trying to keep as tight as possible this push up phase. Current look this morning. Training split, macro breakdown and output attached. Up 1lb this week aiming for a nice clean tidy 1lb per week increase instead of getting sloppy sticking to the plan setting up for a nice off season
Dropped the tren e this week just running 600test e 800mast e from teamroids for another 4 weeks then in to a health phase

Haha im trying to stay lean and push up but not quite this lean I want to start growing from here I may need to adjust food or output slightly as I'm only up 1lb in the last 10 days and thats with a big off plan Meal thrown in mid week where weight went up but come straight back down 2 days later.

100% I have always ended up getting lazy in previous off seasons. I think because I was doing so much on the cut it feels a breeze right now but let's see how this goes as the scale weight goes up aha! I'll 100% be keeping it in year round this year though!
I couldn’t agree more brother! I do cardio year round and make up for it with extra calories to still achieve a surplus when bulking.

Haha thanks man. I literally only do 5 sets of Shrugs 15,12,10,8,8 double drop set at the end of shoulder day and that's it but I do a higher row movement on back day also
