Those labels are mass produced and temperature while brewing can account for varying colors, some turn out darker or lighter than others. It is tren ace, so very easy to tell legitimacy not too long after injection. Also, I highly doubt that the lab placed tren e or hex inside your tren ace vial like you are insinuating, due to those normally being bit more costly, especially Hex (my fav). Accidents, however do happen, but I doubt that's the case here. I personally think you are worrying about nothing, but if it bothers you that much....speak to your source and hope it gets sorted out.
