All gear is from UGF as I already mention in my first post when I was 3 weeks in this cycle,quality is amazing,PP tren e is my favorite tren so far,zero sides for me at this doses,very impressed.
I started this cyle as recomp and ending it with lean bulk,still no fat gain.
As I promised I will write down my meal plan for eroids community :) so here u go my friends
wake up drink 5g glutamine + EAA and take my pre workout,right now its Total war
Intra workout- 50g HBCD + 15g EAA
Post workout meal 1- 50g pro from whey isolate,80g carbs from rice cakes
Meal 2- 120g carbs from basmati rice,50g protein from steak and mixed veggies
Meal 3- 120g carbs from basmati rice,50g protein from chicken and mixed veggies
Meal 4- 120g carbs from white potato,50g protein from steak,no veggies there
Meal 5- some green veggies,50g protein from turkey or beef and 28g almonds or 100g avocado
Meal 6- my last meal Its my bowl of antioxidants haha ,50g protein form egg whites,100g blueberries and 25g dark chocolate 90%
That is it guys very simple,sometimes I know to eat all meals steak cause I diggest it very easy and I feel great.
My workouts are 3 on 1 off
Cardio is there every day year round 30min only
Cheat meals zero,only some popcorn when go to relax in cinema,if u consider that as cheat meal
