100mg DP tren ace EOD
250mg PP test 2x per week
200mg PP tren e 2x per week
All gear is from UGF as I already mention in my first post when I was 3 weeks in this cycle,quality is amazing,PP tren e is my favorite tren so far,zero sides for me at this doses,very impressed.
I started this cyle as recomp and ending it with lean bulk,still no fat gain.
As I promised I will write down my meal plan for eroids community so here u go my friends
wake up drink 5g glutamine + EAA and take my pre workout,right now its Total war
Intra workout- 50g HBCD + 15g EAA
Post workout meal 1- 50g pro from whey isolate,80g carbs from rice cakes
Meal 2- 120g carbs from basmati rice,50g protein from steak and mixed veggies
Meal 3- 120g carbs from basmati rice,50g protein from chicken and mixed veggies
Meal 4- 120g carbs from white potato,50g protein from steak,no veggies there
Meal 5- some green veggies,50g protein from turkey or beef and 28g almonds or 100g avocado
Meal 6- my last meal Its my bowl of antioxidants haha ,50g protein form egg whites,100g blueberries and 25g dark chocolate 90%
That is it guys very simple,sometimes I know to eat all meals steak cause I diggest it very easy and I feel great.
My workouts are 3 on 1 off
Cardio is there every day year round 30min only
Cheat meals zero,only some popcorn when go to relax in cinema,if u consider that as cheat meal

josipgatesTnx bro!! For me almost zero cause when E kicked in I just drop the ace...sweet spot for me to get most out of tren but with least amount of sides is 100mg ace EOD or 400mg e per week split in two shots

josipgatesI have always been high carb lower fat guy...i do 1000 vit c...also on my rest day there is no intra workout carbs and post workout carbs from rice cakes...and i take fat burner and do fasted cardio that day.
Never hold any extra water,BP is great and my insulin sensivity also

That's a lot more tren than what I'd use, the loony tunes sides would ruin it for me and I'd probably bail. Each to their own, if you can take.
Maybe a bit of variation on poses, between the phone and your forearms your covering the majority of your upper body. Your in great shape, show more of it. ++

Yeah I know,phone covers my abs too much,next time I will do better poses to show more and try to do back shot also cause that is my best bodypart by far.
