+ 3 Winter bulk with SUST and EQ

so this is my current look on 700mg PP SUST350 and 600mg PP BOLD 300

Cycle was 20 weeks,first 10w test was 500mg and there was also deca at 600,30mg var pre workout only for 6 weeks.

I will also post my diet for all of u to see,i always go high carb high protein very low fat.

Fasted cardio every day 40min most of the time stairmaster

Meal 1
90g oats + 10g dark chocolate + 100g blueberries
400g eggwhites

intra workout
50-75g vitargo or HBCD with 20g eaa + 5g creatine

Meal 2
40g protein from whey isolate

Meal 3
250g chicken or turkey breast
130g rice

Meal 4
250g chicken or turkey breast
130g rice with some mixed veggies

Meal 5
250g chicken or turkey breast
130g rice with some mixed veggies

Meal 6
200g broccoli
400g eggwhites
28g almonds

Sometimes i also add 90g oatmeal with meal 6. All food is measure dry and I dont have cheat meals.
Training is 6 days per week and 1 rest day but cardio is there every day.
