I guess you can call it a case of dehydration, hit legs in the morning and went Christmas shopping with my girl all day so water in take was low. Got home sat on the couch and as I got up got a severe cramp and dropped to the ground. It was a partial tear let my legs rest for 6 weeks but now slowly working my way back into training them and doing cardio, moral of the story stretch and hydrate!
Damn brother that looks like it hurts does it require surgery or are they just going to put you in the boot.
I hope you have a speedy recovery while you're waiting hit those arms back chest and traps.
You still have plenty of muscle groups to hit.
When I ruptured my bicep I went to work on my legs I never had good legs now they are atleast caught up with the rest of my body.
Stay positive brother
