Used to always be a npp/dbol type of guy but was weight in at 250 and was sleeping on my sides would result in shoulder pain so I decided it's time to diss the fuck skinny get massive life and shred a couple pounds started cycle at 250 and currently weighing in around 235, the lowest I weighed in was 228 but increased carb instake and gained nice lean masss. Eating roughly 1800-2100 calories a day cardio 4x a week for 30 mins with one cheat meal currently pretty happy can't wait to repeat in the summer. Was running 350mg of test and 250 of ace both dragon

Over the summer I'd like to drop to 10% ultimately. I had a hamstring team at the end of last year and my motivation dropped. My lifts were bullshit and cardio wasn't there. But as of right now I'm feeling motivated and diet has been on point
