+ 5 TNE- replacing my Stims for pre-workout

ad

After chats with the Source, members, google search, a family friend (nurse) and lastly a chat with GP, came to the conclusion that running 600mg Caffeine, 60-80mg ephedrine (varying between 1 50mg amp & 20mg tab to 3-4 tablets), clen, and other stims that it may be causing a whole load of side effects, affecting me day to day, holding me back and causing me to feel generally shit the 4-5 times a week I go to the gym. On top of this as these stims affect my stomach, I have (due to a stomach ulcer) omeprazole, various other OTC stomach acid neutralizers, and invariably stop mid set to burp or to be able to breathe as the gas build-up prevents me doing so easily on occasion.

Short story- ran 100mg of this- went gym- felt pretty good despite no stims- hit in about 2 hours after took it (been there maybe half hour or so, then really hit in). Best bit was no feeling like passing out after, no appetite suppression, no hour long grasping for air and heart racing, temp quickly back to normal.... Good stuff!

Source himself did a better write-up about adrenal fatigue:

What's wrong with a strong coffee and some pumping music, one extreme to another.

I'm glad you've found a product that helps you so much! Regularly taking atims can play havoc on your stomach. I have mild Crohns Dosease, and I have to be careful with stims of any kind. Can see you are in a similar boat, glad you've found this and it is working for you!

Reset your adrenal receptors, take three or four weeks off stims, you can buy southland performance Revamp on Amazon or you can take pregnenolone (20mg a day), b5 (500 units) and l-tyrosine (1-2 grams a day). You should reset for sure after that!

There you go bro, hope the TNE continues to work for you! I'm looking into it myself now as I am having trouble kicking the stims as well +1

Thanks bro- honestly feel better already although I did have a green tea earlier- rarely touch caffeine apart from pre-workout. Did when younger before work but now I'll settle for maybe 2 green teas a day. Cold turkey would be really hard but green tea took the edge off. I did have it with sugar though (not exactly normal to do that!)

Wow, never heard someone taking so much stims at once..

I know- I am quite tolerant to caffeine for some reason but the amount of 600mg was due to a study years ago where it was deemed ideal for performance enhancement (while banned for the olympics). Crazy amounts I agree! (Admittedly stupid- not afraid to admit it) certainly wouldn't be something I would suggest as a protocol, so why stupid enough to do myself? Ego is a strange thing!

It's good you're looking out for others bro- no issue with what you said, I'm going to gradually lower dose down as suggested by another gent- I'm running low
dose Test (trt) doses anyway as I was a 23 year when M1T came out- ran for 16 months before was classified as a steroid and told by docs I couldn't have kids (do have 2 year old daughter now though!). I've just come back from an injury so been heavy use on the stims as generally exhausted as told to train whole body every other day by physio. Obviously as the tendon injury is improving I can adjust things accordingly as won't be 1.5-2 hour gym sessions as they are currently. Will be hopefully back to shorter training periods and split training- using this more for the heavy work ie chest/shoulders, back/legs (do together) so this will be more a twice weekly
thing than a constant.
did take stims at lower doses for smaller body parts- won't use anything for this now I know the effects- the stocking up of TNE is more that it will last me a while. Actually didn't work it out, but maybe last a year?! Anyway I value your input and it's warranted- it will fluctuate Test values for a short period so will require keeping an eye on e2 levels etc. I'm in the UK and openly discuss with my GP what I do. Also without giving too much info there's a clinic run by a guy I know locally who helps with this kind of thing. The crazy thing was I had full blood work done before my recent surgery and was not given the readings but advised pre-op that I was in good health- only issue was resting pulse higher than it should be.

Cheers bro for your input!

Many thanks! I imagine once my adrenal system normalises I'll also need less and less 'outside influence' as my body will use it's natural 'fight or flight' responses (adrenaline etc). Ideally, should my doctor manage it to completely get me off gear) last attempt at coming off led to low self-esteem issues, some unwanted emotional imbalance and my wife actually begging me to get back on it). I'm not going to lie and say I'd never cycle again but it would be a cycle not 'blast and cruise'. I would have liked to pursue powerlifting at the masters level- with the biceps rupture CURRENTLY I don't have the mental fortitude to decide on that and make it my aim, but currently I'm enjoying challenging myself and more importantly training my 12 years younger) wife and it's working wonders for our relationship. All the best and I'm sure we'll speak soon (type rather than speak, you catch my drift!)

I think I may go down that route- the odd thing with myself is I don't drink (so no redbull/vodka), rarely drink tea/ coffee/ cola, yet throw down stimulants before training. Looking back it's madness playing with something just in order to feel energy and motivation- if one doesn't have that, I'd suggest a short break from the gym. This injury was the first time I'd been out the gym for over a week in over 15 years. Went back in with the same stim use as before PLUS the added enthusiasm (when logic suggests I would have already massively helped my situation) and exacerbated the issue. Next time I go through a spell of feeling demotived, I'll take a leaf from a friend's book and take the day off. Then, with my personality, I'll go in the next day super-motivated! The first time I deadlifted 200kg was after only a few hours sleep at about 6am as I knew it was the aim for the next day and couldn't sleep I was so eager. Ah to have that level of drive again!!!

Just ordered 4 more while the promo's on- under orders from the wife lol I said about spending money (when we're a bit short as I wasn't working for a bit- long story plus ruptured bicep!). She asked what for and said it's the stuff I had instead of caffeine etc. She said to make sure I have enough to last 6 months! I think the fact I didn't crawl to the car and moan like a bitch was a factor lol

Very nice mate. +1
Hope you keep feeling better
I definitely felt more focused and energised on 50mg.
Might try 100mg tomorrow.

I had 100mg- so tempted just the once to do 200mg (just the one time) and see what happens- but seriously the 100mg had me telling a guy in a shop to get a move on as I had shit to do- not my character usually- I'm the guy giving change to the homeless etc- people say how intimated they are until they speak to me and then realise I'm a nice guy. I didn't even apologise!
