Dosage is 200mgs a week. I break my shots up 3x’s weekly MWF. Labs were pulled Monday morning before shot.
so this is technically your lowest point of the week. That's awesome, I generally feel the best right around this range
Me as well. I’ve tried several lower doses and shot frequencies over the years and I’ve found this to be the best way for me personally.
