I ordered titans mk677 and got a free test prop. I don't take alot of hgh anymore so I take mk677 to keep my growth hormone/igf levels elevated and it works very well for me.

Start with low mg and build up to higher mg otherwise if you start on high mg you could get bad side effects and you might not want to take it. It happens to a lot of people.

Took 12.5mg(split the pill) around noon and have had an insane hunger spike since and have just been crushing calories all day. Noticed improved mood but that likely to be placebo

full can of corn
1 family size packet of instant mash potatoes (there is no better potatoes) with about 3oz of cheese and a stick of butter
some friend veggies

Although the hunger aspect wears off for me fairly quick. I remember the first time I was on MK several years back. My wife thought I went out with another chick lol. Nah, I ordered 2 big ass meals and an appetizer all for myself then I hit up a smoothie shop and got a big ass smoothie. Even after eating all of that I was still hungry. Grabbed a couple double cheese burgers from BK. She didn't believe me so I told her try the MK and see how you feel. After a couple weeks she was shocked how much she could eat lolol

Did a 2-3month run of MK-677 years ago before using AAS, not sure I'd say it's a good idea to use for longer than that due to blood sugar increases & insulin sensitivity going down. They go back to normal after stopping but probably a better idea to let the pituitary take a break and return to normal secretion levels after a "cycle" of the stuff.
Main effects:
1. Great quality sleep, probably the only reason I'd go back to it, better for this than any sleep medication I've taken.
2. Acute stimulation of hunger. Not necessarily hungrier all day, it's more like an hour or two after taking the stuff you're hungry as absolute fuck. First time taking it I did it at night before bed.. mistake - was sent into a state of panic from being so egregiously hungry that I had raid my fridge like a wild animal.
3. Water retention, especially around the feet/ankles, shoes were a tighter fit than normal.
4. Weight gain and muscle recovery, definitely wouldn't use for a cutting phase with the hunger increases, would be torture.
Not everybody gets the hunger effect, I know many people that don't. And the water retention doesn't happen to everybody. And depending how and what time of day, how many times, you take it will have different effects, if your trying to lose weight you take multiple smaller doses during the day. These things that happened to you are possible to happen but not guaranteed to happen to every single person, as your implying these things happen to every person that takes it
Tell me bud - when you use MENT do you take Adex with it or anything else to control estrogen? Its been making me feel really tired and I am wondering if its sky high estrogen levels doing it.
I usually just use aromison. Ment isn't that huge estrogen bomb that most people say it is online(most people don't get bad estrogen problems). I think I aromatize more from taking high test. You can ask makwa also. It could just be the ment making you tired. But ment is faked alot more than people even realize because it's the most expensive raw more than double the price of primo raws. I've had alot of fake ment even from popular brands. Ment isn't aromatized thru shbg like most other compounds so everybody will aromatize completely different than at the rate you do with testosterone and other things.
Thanks for the heads up, don't have much experience with Sarms in general, but mk sounds intriguing and might give it a try in the future. I do like good ol fashioned pharma GH, gets pricey after a while, but it is magical lol and worth the cost IMO. Might possibly try mk for few months upon GH discontinuation to compare effects, might....not a fan of "fixing something that isn't broke" so big "might" lol definitely appreciate the feedback though

Like I know people that after a long run of hgh they will take mk677 to get their body to start producing hgh naturally again and others use it as like poor man's hgh. It kinda gets a bad name because some people get bad side effe ts from it but a lot of the times people start at too high of a dose and when their ghrelin kicks in hard they get side effects. When trying to take mk you wanna start low mg and.build up. If you don't get bad sides it's a great alternative to hgh and can be used for different amounts of time
