what’s your diet written up like? Total cals? Cyclical keto helps bust plateaus and so does dropping cals by500 to bust through. Try one of those and this can be an easy tweak. 20lbs can be done in a few weeks if you really wanted

I actually dont have a written plan. I train fasted every morning, followed by some dextrose and a protein shake , then followed by about 5 meals. I dont track anything, I just eat protein and veggies. My prep lately has been 10 lbs of beef a week, a few dozen eggs and a rotisserie style chicken.
Dude, I would love some advice if possible. I typically slam down 42 grams of Gatorade powder followed by my protein shake. Would you reccomend a carb shake? Or white rice?
Were/ are you testing for ketone bodies via urine/ breath or blood? Also there's a slight flex on keto macros but given the dextrose I'd imagine that's pretty challenging to stay in ketosis. The ratio is normally 75%fat 20% protein 5%carb. Ive seen 65/30/5 work as well. Gluconeogenisis can take place in overage of proteins as carbs being our "primary source". But also staying at from starches for carbs as well as starchy veggies and sugar alcohols which kick you out of ketosis. Also, depending on which protein source your shake is will determine if it will keep you out or kick you out of ketosis.go with whole egg its top notch. Surely your modified version triggered some nice growth though. Looking thick as hell for sure man. PROPS!
Thanks dude, I kind of stay away from numbers these days. I'm pretty sure my protein and fats are almost the same. I use the ketone strips but actually stopped several weeks ago. I just like this diet better in terms of building muscle and not getting any fatter. I'm a fat kid by nature, hence why I'm 5'11 and maintain 280 lbs. I used to do alot of lean chicken, tuna steaks and rice. But I find that red meat, eggs and veggies ate better for me. I also don't crave cheat meals as often.

I wouldn't take dextrose after fasting. That's like pouring coffee in your beer! Complex carbs would be better IMO.
