Hey, thanks for asking! I’m good. Been on a lull with training because of work getting so crazy. I need to make time for me. I’m getting old and need to be more mindful of the things that start to go. A gym buddy died a few months ago and this dude was ALWAYS in great shape. Died of heart related issues.
OHHH AND….a close friend caught a gun charge case as a prior felon still on paper and he gets out of jail 10 days later with NO CHARGES and no parole violation….hmmmmm?!?!? Then all of a sudden weird things start happening around town. Huge drug busts…etc, I cut that dude off with the quickness! Good luck staying muscular now, you punk ass snitch!
Damn that's crazy. Yeah sounds like your old buddy doing some talking lol. And the best thing that you could do was cut him off. What I don't fking understand is when they get in the game, they know future consequences are possible but then guys get scared, cry to manma and then tell on everyone in order to save themselves. Don't make no damn sense. If that's the case then why even bother being in that situation. Yea I've seen these type of things.
