225, 19” arms, 32” waste, quad used to be massive as my skip days were upper body lol. 20+ years of hockey and quats, ass to the ground have made me ease up a bit, but not that much, it’s the muscle atrophy after the ops that kills me, 6 knee operations = knees that of someone 2x’s my age, so that’s 81!
