+ 2 Throwbacks From Age 17-20

Ok so i figured id show yall where i came from naturally all the photos are in order by my age
17 (around 160),18 (176 Ibs) (right after bootcamp they wore me down bad),19 (180+),20 (204) tryed to crop it to show just me but i would have been to small to upload...
a few months after the last pic i fractured my back on a mission and took 11months total off from the gym ive been back at it off and on for the past 8 months taking baby steps the first 5 months but ive got more consistent the past 3 months

Keep in mind i was 6 Ft already at 16 so ive grown about 2" since then and added 65 Ilbs to my frame some Fat tho mostly cuz i didnt try and eat healthy during my injury and pretty much just let myself go
i was up to 230 8 months ago

But all in all hard work does pay off
