tread-mBrother, you're 22 yrs old, if you can't achieve without cycle now you are failing at your goals and you know where that failure is likely occuring? In the kitchen. At your age I could put you on a 6 or 7 meal roll (proper to goal) and you'd think you were on cycle. Know why? Because you are, you're 22 that's the best cycle there will ever be.
Here's the deal, if you cycle, with your same habits in the kitchen right now and let's say you get a little higher protein synthesis from the cycle and actually achieve some. Guess what's coming after cycle? You go right back to where you are. All things relative to "energy" are cause and effect. You make the gear the cause and when the gear is gone the effect goes with it. Skmple science and it applies to biology in the same way it applies to everything. If you'll eat like a builder, if that's your goal, for the next 24 short months, then talk gear, not only will you be ready but you will beat that roller coaster that most people ride for yrs because you'll understand where real change coms from. Ikn my world yyou always prove to yourself you know the diet to the degree you can change your body and then, and only then do you move to gear.
I think we have a serious convo about your goals and then we design a kitchen around them and show you what you have been capable of for several yrs now and just didn't understand. In all physical goals the real work is in the kitchem I don't care how hard you pound that gym brother, you will never achieve what you can in the kitchen. It is the WHOLE DEAL.
So if asking me, no, you are not ready.
Good Read Thanks Tread m
Your opinion is not taken lightly trust me when i say that
I dont plan on cycling for awhile as you have stated i was just asking out of curiosity
You are defiantly right Would u mind if i Fr and PM you for some questions on the "kitchen"?
tread-mFR me brother and I'll get Roid to approve it later. I am having some issue with approving friends and writing reviews right now. We'll get you in though I'd love to help with your goals.
