Viola folks. Lots of work went into taking this pics and time well spend equals success. I submitted many pics due to my excitement of being so close. I am pleased with the results so far but I have 48 hours left to go. Let's see if it can be better.

phil113kgDamn you had to say "smaller!" Just kidding. i know, size was not my main focus this time around. I had many people, even an IFBB judge, who said that I have enough mass but I was always missing that condition. So condition is what I give and it is what they will get. Of course I have more work to do in bringing out more details. Condition trumps mass here on my side of the ocean which means cut it up baby.

phil113kgThanks Tony. Will do man and I have just over 3 weeks for the Mr U. So we are guessing something tighter while trying to stay full which is hard to do. In these pics I feel flat as hell and I didn't have a pump.
