Kinda slim on the details here. By the picture it looks like you already have a firm grasp on training. This picture is after 2 years of training? If you want members to put forth an effort to help, you need to put forth more than 3 sentences of effort in your question.

Eat a bowl of low fat cottage cheese with each meal A deca and Test cycle will help to My opinion is deca is still your best drug for bulking and doesn't have the nasty sides like tren You look great
