Bro you've made some great strides in trimming the fat and I definitely commend you on that, however I suggest you spend some time on diet and natural lifting and develop a more muscular base before you touch aas.
Is there a certain level of muscularity that recommended? I hadn't read about it so I was hoping to get an idea so I can have a goal. For the past year no matter how much I eat/sleep/train - it's been impossible to make gains. I can gain fat no prob. My training is diverse and not really focused on size alone but if I need to have a certain amount beforehand then I will definitely work toward that before I start.
Gotta give you props, hell of a job bro.
Really appreciated - definitely worked hard.
You've done really well. Amazing transformation already. Good luck in reaching your goals ;) +1
