I’ve been on a heavy cruise for the last few months. I moved to another state and had to get a new doctor. She did my bloodwork and these are the results.

My blood pressure and cholesterol is slightly elevated so I’ll clean up my diet and add a little cardio.
I’m 50yrs old, 5’10” and 214lbs right now.
