About 6 weeks in on my first ever run of HGH, 2iu per day.
Sleep seems better and I feel a little better.

I was thinking of bumping it up a bit.
My only experience with HGH is just what I’ve read. So far I’m not impressed but I know it takes a while. Hopefully it helps with my shoulder and ankles.
For healing qualities 2iu may not be enough . thats basically a wellness dose bro . I do 6 a day and feel great but IMO you need at least 4iu
