+ 1 test e tren e cycle

pictures from my last cycle i finished over a month ago....diet wasnt the best but was concentrating on mass for this cycle...started 180 pounds sitting today 190...did reach 198 so lost 8. will be a cleaner diet next cycle as not getting caught up in holiday mode

You’re using tren for what purpose? Much safer and healthier ways to achieve your goals than the harshest aas known. Be patient, work hard and eat right, and live long. Best of luck.

Thx for advice...Will get my diet on track and go with a milder compound next time...a guy I train with says he uses tren while bulking ....and I did put on weight and kept a few pounds...I think I'm in pretty good shape but have always had that belly thing going on...I have a real physical job, got kids as soon as i get home...so never been to a gym ...always trained in house with free weights. I really do like the feeling of tren also...what a feeling .

Clean up that diet bro. Honestly it’s a waste of tren to try bulking on it especially when your bf is where it is now. Because of the way tren can ramp up your metabolism it makes it harder to put on as much size.

Noted. Cheers for the advice. I'm just about to start a strict diet . I am looking to do a tren cycle again, do you suggest i maintain my weight until cycle then cut or cut now and through my next cycle..always got that fear of losing muscle and going too small ...I want to sit between 185 and 195 but with at least 8 to 10% bf.

You want to run it again which I can understand, but when you say you’re about to start a strict diet that indicates to me that maybe you’ve been eating like crap. That’s a strong drug to be taking if part of the year isn’t going to be as focused as the rest. I’d say decide to run milder juice and enjoy your time off or take it seriously 365 days a year and consider tren. Its your health we’re talking about.

Bearded is right and wish I learned the correct order here. Diet/sleep/training then you start with simple compounds and then add in one at a time with a cycle
